A great place to start the year!

The property was cozy and comfortable with everything we needed. I will say it wasn't worth the money to heat the pool in the middle of winter, even with it on it was too cold to swim - but that is no ones fault. We enjoyed the property's location to stores and fishing spots. The roads in the neighborhood are little tricky if hauling a boat, but we managed as we have stayed in the neighborhood before. We will definitely consider this property on return trips to the area.

Pine island retreat

Great two weeks In Matlacha Isles. Super location for access to all of Pine Island and all the Great restaurants on the island. Still just a short drive to Cape Harbor and down town Cape Coral. The house has everything you need. Looking forward to next year. I also should mention Cape Royal Golf course is 2 miles from house.

Very nice house near Sanibel, Cape Coral & Pine Island

We loved the pool & bedrooms are nice and big. Kitchen had what we needed on nights we ate at home with the kids. Only downside was mattress in master bedroom was uncomfortable. Would’ve preferred a nicer one for a better nights sleep. Otherwise, great location & lots nearby to do with kids (boat rides, playgrounds, pool, beaches, and more!)

Beautiful with one exception There were critters scurrying around in the ceiling that caused our Daughter-in-Law to freak out for the whole week….

Boating Vacation

The house, location and boat lift/dock were awesome. There was confusion about the pet policy when we got there but it was quickly resolved with some phone calls. The heater for the pool was not working and although it took a few days to get fixed, the vacation company worked with the owner to get it fixed so we could enjoy the pool the last couple of days of our week long vacation. It’s a beautiful house and great location. We went out on our boat every day. Although there were some bumps in the road, everyone either hard to resolve issues and we will definitely go back.

Great house, pool, and location

The check in was rocky as we tried to contact the agency to confirm the dock access fee was applied and available via phone call, voice mail, and several email for a few days before receiving a response. The reason this was so important is we couldn't rent a boat until we got confirmation we could use the dock. If there was an emergency you would definitely be out of luck as no one answers their phone. The house was great and the area was really a great relaxing get away, this area of Florida is a much slower pace this time of year (June 2021) than others we have vacationed at. The only complaint we had was the master room bed mattress was terrible, it has large worn indentions that you sink down into when you lay on it from so many folks sleeping in the same spot (I assume this is the cause). I ended up finding other places to sleep (twin bed or couch) which worked and lucky they have extra beds. However I would have rather slept in the master bed as it is larger and would fit my wife and I both. The pool was great and the kids loved it, the dock was awesome and lift worked great. The intercoastal waters around pine island were darker than I expected (never been here) but if you go outside on the gulf side of coya costa (and other locations) the water was much clearer, just be prepared for an hour or so boat ride. We saw dolphins pretty much everyday and usually multiple times a day. We got some video of them coming so close to the boat you can touch them momentarily. Overall we loved the place and the location - also the locals we met were awesome, everybody was super nice and took time to actually engage with you.

Excellent Vacation Home

Very pleased with the cleanliness of the home. Well stocked. Great location, close to restaurants and stores. Comfortable mattress! The pool was the center of our vacation - lovely! About 45 minutes to Fort Myers beach and 1 hr to Bowmen's Beach @ Sanibel. The owner was welcoming and easy to work with. The property guest contact was also super. All around great vacation <3

We had a wonderful stay! The property is in an excellent location. It was clean and supplied with everything we needed. We fished, boated, rode the bikes, floated in the pool, walked around the cozy neighborhood, and shopped all the cute stores in Matlacha! Loved it!

Perfect Getaway

This property was a perfect location close to shopping and restaurants. Perfect and easy boat dock amenities; easy access!! Constant communication with property manager and were quick to resolve storm related issues. Definitely looking to use in the future!
