Spectacular low elevation home at its finest! This custom home has it all and is the ideal home for entertaining. Large living space , open kitchen and a fantastic backyard.Entering the home to the great room with cathedral ceilings, you will find oversized windows, slate floors and a floor to ceiling stone fireplace. The gourmet kitchen, which opens to the living area, offers top of the line appliances, granite countertops and center island with seating all around. Exit the living room to a large, covered patio, to view and enjoy the private yard that has a park like setting. The covered patio has a barbecue, fire-pit and hot tub. Also located at the entry level is the Master bedroom with a beautiful jetted tub with a fireplace that splits the room, if the bath tub is not for you enjoy the massive walk in shower. Head up the stairs were your will find 4 suites that are very private. Suite 1 has King size bed, toddler bunk beds and a large full bathroom, Suite 2 is down the hallway with a King bed and full bathroom, Suite 3 has a Cal King, Suite 4 has a Cal King, Fireplace and bathroom with a bathtub.

We had a great time at this Incline Village house. The place looks much better in person than in the pictures. There is ample space for kids to have fun both indoors and outdoors. The hot tub is a nice after a long day in the snow. The location is close to all the activities you are looking for: tubing, skiing, snowboarding, etc. The rooms are huge and the instructions on how to operate the home are easy to follow. Communication with the host was quick and easy. I would HIGHLY recommend this place.

Wonderful vacation house

We loved our stay with close friends and family over a holiday weekend. The house was perfect for a large group especially the well equipped kitchen. There was lots of room, very clean and the location was perfect. We'd definitely stay again

Perfect for a family trip!

Stayed here with my family for 5 nights and we loved the place. It’s very nice and clean and has everything you can imagine. All the rooms are spacious with private bathrooms and the beds are very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

It's the perfect location and close to everything!The home is beautiful and very well maintained, we had two families for winter ski week and it was only 6 minutes to Diamond Peak each and 4 minutes to Raley's Grocery Store and many restaurants and bowling alley.Highly Recommend this home for privacy and location.

Beautiful luxurious stay

We had ten friends for the 4th of July week and absolutely loved our stay! Everyone was very comfortable in the large beds and bedrooms. The showers were all so large and comfortable ! Would highly recommend. House was also in a perfect location to shops and restaurants.

Wonderful home...great layout and great location. Family had a terrific time. Some minor things that would make it 5 stars: - Back patio was very dirty when we arrived - Fire pit didn't work and no matches or lighter to light it manually - ran out of paper towels - no beach chairs or beach towels - no aluminum foil - not enough dishwasher pods

Family Reunion

The house is large and handled our family very well with each family having their own room. There was plenty of space in each of the rooms so that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. We enjoyed the outside with the hot tub and sauna and the kids playing wiffle ball out back. There are trees all aroiund and a small creek that runs along the back of the property. We even had a bear wander through the back one day. The washroom has two washers and dryers which came in very handy! The only negative thing that was a bit frustrating is that there are no locks on any of the bedroom or bathroom doors with the exception of the Master bath toilet room. All in all, we loved the house and our stay there!

GREAT WEEKEND WITH AWESOME FAMILY & FRIENDS

This house is spacious and beautiful. Overall, we enjoyed our time at this house. A couple of minor issues: There is no shower in one of the bedrooms (only tub) and the bed in the same bedroom was making noises as we moved in it. Maybe a few more towels for a large group. The amount of chlorine in the jacuzzi was kind of bothersome. Was missing washing machine detergent. As I mentioned, very minor issues. The house is spacious very suitable for large groups. Kitchen is big and you can find most items you need. Backyard is beautiful. Will stay again. I highly recommend this place.
