About Natalia & Silvia

After having lived all over the world across four different continents, my husband and I decided to return to Miami, a city we have always loved. We came here to rent out luxury apartments with the "boutique" flavor that defines us. Personally, I am an avid traveler and enjoy decorating, cooking ethnic food and meeting like-minded people. I have used Airbnb abroad and I want to offer my guests a real “home away from home” experience.

Silvia, whilst being a new member of our team, is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance to county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better.

The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Beautiful views in a very clean modern Miami condo

I was in Miami for a week for work and was very excited to stay in this unit. It was exactly as the pictures showed and the views were amazing. It's a nice change from staying in a hotel and doing everything from your bed while on business. For someone who loves to sleep the black out shades in the bedroom were awesome but I left the smallest of the blinds closest to the head of the bed open all night and into the morning. The night lights of Miami were my night light and then every morning the beautiful sunrise occurred right in that small veniet slowly waking me. I was disappointed that the amazing Icon pool was under construction but was able to utilize the W hotel pool with no issue. The spa and gym facility was a bit challenging to get to but was well worth it once I arrived. The unit has everything you need for a relaxing time and Natasha, Sylvia, Laura and her team were very accommodating. I can't remember the young guy that checked us in but he was great as well. Very easily walkable to the Brickell City Center filled with high end shopping and restaurants and very easily walkable to Downtown where my office is. 15 - 20 dollar Uber to heart of South Beach. I would definitely stay again for a relaxing weekend but think I will wait till that amazing pool is back in commission.

Nice view of bay

For the positives

This apartment is close to many things downtown

It is bright and sunny in the morning hours!

Waking up in the mornings was amazing, as you have a spectacular view of the bay,canal and the ocean beyond

Occasionally I was able to see the manatees feeding in the canal from the balcony!

End unit!

Updated appliances

Air con gets very cold

I don’t hear neighbors - for the exception of construction being done for one of the days I was there -

Check In was frustrating, per instruction I text 30 Minutes before arrival, after 10 Minutes of not hearing back I called, the only person they have on staff was at a completely different part of town checking in another group. So We agreed to meet an hour and 20 Minutes from that time

I showed up about 15 Minutes early and waited 20 Minutes before I called the liaison, She was upstairs and on the way down, after waiting at Least 10 more minutes she finally arrived.i felt she was unfriendly and a bit unprofessional

Be prepared to wait your turn if a busy time at Check in since this management group uses one person for 30 properties all over city.

Upon arrival and everyrime you enter apartment it has a musty almost “old animal urine “smell even though the floors are not carpeted accept a few throw rugs.

Fridge ice maker not working -bring ice

Although claims as full kitchen it is missing microwave containers to cook in , baking sheets for baking - a broiler pan avail for baking

Missing proper seasonings, Definitely no tinfoil, Saran Wrap or ziplock bring if you need.

Shower was poorly designed- it is a deep tub and has a half window that is stationary to keep water off floor so you need to crawl into tub to turn on water.

Only valet is available which is pricey, no self park, if the managements limited parking pass area - which is half the price and about 200 yards away- you are offered before your arrival is not available or you have chosen not to use you’ll need to use Valet.

I’m here for work and I prefere using a Homeaway /VRBO vs hotels on my extended stays

I did not realize it was spring break AND a music festival so the thumping music was heard from early afternoon to 11pm at night

In the end , nice apartment,conveniently located, great views, new appliances, but can get busy at check in and you have to valet which at times can take quite awhile So give yourself some time.

My wife and I loved our stay here! It was safe, comfortable, and near so much cool stuff. The check-in and check-out process were both pretty smooth and straight forward. The view was the best part! Loved the exemplary service!

Beautiful views and beautiful condo!

My wife and I were very impressed with unit 4101. It was tastefully decorated and had up to date modern appliances, televisions, etc.

We would certainly stay here again!

Very good apartment

Very good location. The apartment is large, very comfortable, clean and have a beautiful view of the ocean. The hostess were very kind and attentious.

We had a problem with the flight that was suddenly canceled and the hostess promptly answered my question, late night, and I could stay one more day.

Walking distance:

For SUPERMARKET: Whole Foods is nearby. No need to drive. Cross the bridge and two more blocks to go.

For RESTAURANTS, see our Guest Book, which you will receive in digital after booking (on paper upon arrival). In any case, walk to Mary Brickell Village for dinner, have a drink, see people.

For fancy indoor SHOPPING: walk to the new Brickell City Centre for prime retail and fine dining (for complete list, visit website).

For OUTDOOR shopping, eating and tourist shops, the Bayside Marketplace, by the water.

For PERFORMING ARTS: check the Arsht Center upcoming events. For other events, the American Airlines Arena.

For RUNNING OR WALKING: see our Guest Book. In any case, if you come to Brickell, walk or run around Brickell Key. No cars or bicycles allowed. Just a gorgeous and healthy walk or run.

For MUSEUMS: the new PAMM, Modern Art, and its environment is worthwhile. Very soon the Frost Museum of Science will open doors (1S 2017). Unmissable. Both at walking distance. Or take the free Metromover.

Not walking distance:

For ART, go to Wynwood. Take pictures of the over 200 urban graffiti (perhaps take an Art Walk Tour before). Continue to the Design District for high-end shopping and galleries.

For BEACHES: South Beach (more urban) or Crandon Park in Key Biscayne (more isolated). That key is a tranquil one and so close to town. The drive is gorgeous. Go to the end of the island, to No Name Harbor to see the yachts.

For ART DECO, go to Ocean Drive, at Miami Beach. You will have seen it in so many movies! Once there, go to Lincoln Road, a pedestrian street with tourist shops and non-expensive restaurants.

For a LONG DRIVE, go to Key West. We recommend that you spend one night there to avoid a very long drive. Avoid Fridays in your way down or Sundays to come back.
