About Natalia & Silvia
After having lived all over the world across four different continents, my husband and I decided to return to Miami, a city we have always loved. We came here to rent out luxury apartments with the "boutique" flavor that defines us. Personally, I am an avid traveler and enjoy decorating, cooking ethnic food and meeting like-minded people. I have used Airbnb abroad and I want to offer my guests a real “home away from home” experience. Silvia, whilst being a new member of our team, is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients. We started off as property owners and from the beginning we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance to county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better. It’ll be an honor to have you stay with us at Miami Apartment Rentals!

Why Natalia & Silvia chose Coconut Grove
Miami’s weather is pleasant all year round, which allows people like us to enjoy the city’s incredible range of activities. From outdoor sports, to a vibrant art and design community, to performing arts and events of all kinds, Miami has never been more busy and sophisticated. Coconut Grove has a very special flavor, with lower buildings and a trendy atmosphere and within it, this is a unique building facing the ocean, the marina, the islands and next to Peacock Park.
What makes this Hotel unique

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful condo! The views are spectacular and the location is so convenient. We walked to the Groove for dinner and drinks and ran each morning down around the Harbor and in the parks. This is our 3rd time staying at this location and we just LOVE it! The staff who manage this property were wonderful to work with and the garage parking pass was a plus!! Thank you for such a fantastic stay!
Thanks so much Mae Ann for your great review. We are so glad to host you in our property and know that you enjoyed your stay so much. We will be glad to host you again in one of our properties whenever you need accommodation in Miami. We also manage properties in Brickell area in case you are interested. See you soon!

Perfect stay!!! Loved it all
Great apartment with awesome view and close to very nice restaurants.
The available parking spot was very convenient because we rented a car.
Thanks so much Thiago for taking your time to write a review. Glad to know you enjoyed your stay in our apartment and also the views and neighborhood.
You will be always welcome in one of our properties in the future whenever you need accommodation in Miami. See you soon!!
Did not like it
Too much noise during our stay, even in the middle of the night.
Once again, sorry for the noise which was caused when three hurricane windows were installed one floor up. I assure you that after 5:00 pm there was no noise whatsoever since the building is quite strict and any contractor not respecting that time limit would never be admitted to the facilities and would be escorted out by the omnipresent security team. In any case, it was an inconvenient to you and we apologize for it.
Lovely Sonesta condo
We stayed here for 5 nights during the Miami Open. Couldn't have made a better choice. This was our 5th consecutive year coming to the tournament and the first we didn't stay in a hotel. Was a great decision. The kitchen was well equipped, having room to spread out was nice and the views were absolutely amazing from the bedrooms and living room. Coconut Grove is great. We went for runs in the mornings and the surrounding parks and neighborhoods are gorgeous. There are many good restaurants within an easy walk. I highly recommend this unit for anyone staying in the area.
Thanks Bobby for your words and for taking your time to write such an amazing review. I am sure it will be very helpful for other future guests. Most of our guests appreciate as you better than being just in a hotel room. Here you are like at home but into an hotel building, you can enjoy all the building amenities, pool, fitness center, etc. That's one of the reasons why most of our guests are repeat guests and stay with Miami Apartment Rentals in every visit to the city.
See you soon!
Fantastic view and beautiful condo
We loved staying in 1518 Sonesta
The condo is beautifully furnished and immaculate. The harbor views are spectacular during day & night. The swimming pool is a treat for our granddaughter with an excellent pool side restaurant. Laura our site manager was gracious and helpful if we had questions about the condo. Truly a five star place to stay. This was our fifth stay at Sonesta, the best place to stay in Coconut Grove. We hope to return many times and stay at Sonesta 1518 condo. Thank you, Laura for making our stay pleasant.
Thanks Sandy for such an amazing review. I will forward Laura your comments. Glad to know you enjoyed your stay in our apartment and also the building amenities. It will be our pleasure to host you again whenever you visit Miami in the future.
Reasons to visit Miami? Enjoying the open spaces, gastronomy, arts, outdoor sports, boating and water sports, galleries, exhibitions, shopping...etc. Others come for real estate investing, to visit the large network of hospitals, the many local universities, to do businesses with the growing number of corporations, banks and investment firms...etc. Below, some spare time ideas you can expand in Bing or Google:
For SUPERMARKET: Fresh Food Foods is nearby. Also Milan’s. Both upscale.
For RESTAURANTS, see our Guest Book, which you will receive in digital after booking (on paper upon arrival). Many options in the Grove, including CocoWalk.
For fancy indoor SHOPPING: drive to the new Brickell City Centre for prime retail and fine dining (for complete list, visit website).
For OUTDOOR shopping, eating and tourist shops, the Bayside Marketplace, by the water.
For PERFORMING ARTS: check the Arsht Center upcoming events. For other events, the American Airlines Arena.
For RUNNING OR WALKING: see our Guest Book. You are in front of the water and the choice is yours. Search Coconut Grove Walking Tour and you will get some ideas.
For MUSEUMS: the new PAMM, Modern Art, and its environment is worthwhile. Very soon the Frost Museum of Science will open doors (1S 2017). Unmissable. Also, the Vizcaya Museum
For ART, explore Coconut Grove. It has a good reputation. Also, go to Wynwood. Take pictures of the over 200 urban graffiti (perhaps take an Art Walk Tour before). Continue to the Design District for high-end shopping and galleries.
For BEACHES: South Beach (more urban) or Crandon Park in Key Biscayne (more isolated). That key is a tranquil one and so close to town. The drive is gorgeous. Go to the end of the island, to No Name Harbor to see the yachts.
For ART DECO, go to Ocean Drive, at Miami Beach. You will have seen it in so many movies! Once there, go to Lincoln Road, a pedestrian street with tourist shops and non-expensive restaurants.
For a LONG DRIVE, go to Key West. We recommend that you spend one night there to avoid a very long drive. Avoid Fridays in your way down or Sundays to come back.
To finalize, a paragraph from Wikipedia:
“Downtown Miami is home to the largest concentration of international banks in the United States, and many large national and international companies. The Civic Center is a major center for hospitals, research institutes, medical centers, and biotechnology industries. For more than two decades, the Port of Miami, known as the "Cruise Capital of the World", has been the number one cruise passenger port in the world. It accommodates some of the world's largest cruise ships and operations, and is the busiest port in both passenger traffic and cruise lines.”
