Welcome to Cold Brook Camps North: Escape to 8 private waterfront acres on Cupsuptic Lake, complete with a private dock, custom wood-burning sauna, miles of walking trails, and access to over 17 miles of connected boating. Whether you're watching the sunset from the screened porch, paddling the shoreline in one of the provided canoes, or relaxing in the sauna after a day on the water, Cold Brook Camps North offers a true Maine lakefront experience.

Location:
Enjoy 8 acres of private water frontage on Cupsuptic Lake (Cupsuptic connects to Mooselookmeguntic for ~ 17 miles of boating). When at Cold Brook Camp North you'll feel like you are in your own national park but you are only ~ 5 min from Oquossoc and great local restaurants, ~15 min to Rangeley, ~30 min to Saddleback, 45 min to Sugarloaf, 1.25 hrs to Sunday River, and only seconds to some of the most beautiful fishing, boating, snowmobiling and exploring you will find in Western Maine. Bald Mountain Camps and ITS snowmobile access is 5-10 minute across the lake. We love Cold Brook Camp and so will you!

-Custom Wood-Burning Sauna: 5 person, Finnish style, insulated, compete with changing room and lighting.
-Set in the woods adjacent to the house with filtered views of Cupsuptic Lake.
-Sauna guidelines and guest expectations will be provided prior to arrival. Wood for sauna will be provided.

-Amazing attractions to explore locally but no need to even leave the property because you have countless recreational actives right at your doorstep!
-In the winter enjoy snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice skating, cross-country skiing and fat tire biking right from your doorstep.
-In the summer enjoy motor boating, kayaking, canoeing (2 canoes provided), paddle boarding, swimming, fishing (famous spawning ground nearby), hiking, and mountain biking. Have a float plane, bring that too!
