The TV could use a replacement (poor colors and audio,) and the showerhead is a bit short for my height, but the bed was comfortable, the included amenities were nice, and it felt like a good value for my trip. I would recommend this location!

This was the perfect place for me to stay and hang out with my daughter. She was able to come over for a home cooked meal and just have a change of pace from dorm life. It was a cozy little cottage. Perfect!

It was clean and exactly as described. It does have a full kitchen so you can cook. We had state wrestling that weekend and it was about less then 10 min drive. Casey's is right across the street. Car sat out front on street and we never had any issues. Definitely would stay again.

This was the most welcoming place I've ever stayed at. Everything was supplied for comfort and pleasure. I gave 3 stars for lack of communication. I didn't receive the door code until 2 hours after I arrived. So I had to go to a restaurant to get my laptop hooked up to see if there was a code in my email. There was no email giving owner info so I had to make calls back and forth to Vrbo. Every other place I've stayed at, the owners met me at the property at checkin time. We've all learned something from this and I would definately recommend this property.

A few minor issues

First of all, if you just need a place to stay for a few nights, this will definitely do the trick. Something to know that’s not very clear in the rental’s description, this house is not your own! It’s split down the middle by a shared wall. That being said, we didn’t ever hear the next door occupants, but they were there. Besides that, the house has mostly everything you’ll need for a short stay. The neighborhood is slightly sketchy, but nothing too bad. You’ll hear trains blaring about 15 times a day though.
