You will love this location. NO need to go through the mazes of finding a house in Ocean Pines and NO need to have to drive into Ocean City. This property is perfectly located. Close to Berlin, Assateague, and West Ocean City Harbor. If you want to go into Ocean City's beaches you can go by boat, Uber, or take the public transit. Perfect location for kayaking and paddleboarding. Excellent launching pad for seeing the other side of the eastern shore that doesn't include the boardwalk and etc. If you still want to get into the city it is close. Or perhaps take easy backroads to BETHANY, Fenwick, or Rehoboth.

A quiet street situated right on a dead end you will love the peace of this quaint neighborhood. Local business owners strive to live in this easy access, but, quiet neighborhood.
