Featuring a large bedroom, central bathroom with a generous shower, european laundry, spacious kitchen with high-quality appliances, fixtures and fittings and a spacious lounge looking out to the large park-facing balcony - perfect for relaxing with coffee!

The property is in a secure apartment complex with remote/fob access only. The apartment is within walking distance to one of the main shopping strips in Geelong and a short 2-minute drive into the CBD and stunning waterfront.
The Neighborhood:
Geelong West is a cosmopolitan suburb, containing Geelong's oldest and most dynamic shopping strip, Pakington Street. It is an easy 15 minute walk into the Geelong CBD or waterfront.
Getting Around:
Free parking for one car in the secure underground carpark.
Public transport and main shopping strip just a short walk across the park.
