This stunning 40sq. residence only a few hundred meters from coveted Bridgewater Bay takes luxury, light filled living to new heights. With a saltwater pool to cool off in summer and vast living areas for entertaining, enjoy an early morning surf, stroll along the rugged coastline or just soak up the contemporary atmosphere of this very special home.
Features 4 bedrooms under the main roof and an additional self contained bedroom external to the main property, 3 upstairs living and dining areas interconnected by enormous sliding doors that lead to vast north facing private decking.
Spotted gum floors, sound-proof music room or home theatre downstairs, spa ensuite, second bathroom, powder room and a seperate studio/office or 5th bedroom. Surround sound to outdoors, plus outdoor open fireplace.
