• WINDSOR ISLAND PARKING
- Free on-site parking. Limit of 4 vehicles per home.
- Driveway available. The garage has been converted into a game room.
- One-side street parking: vehicles are allowed to park on designated sides of the street, as indicated by street signs.
- No parking on grass or blocking the sidewalks
- Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not allowed.
- Vehicles in violation of parking policy will be towed at the guest's expense.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1. Cost: $35 per day.
2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance.
3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days.
4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F.
5. Cold Weather Limitations: The heater works via heat exchange and will not work effectively in cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we cannot offer a refund.
6. Pool & Spa: The attached spa is part of the main pool system and cannot be heated independently. Both share the same water temperature.

Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency.
Please keep in mind that this service is optional and subject to availability.

• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

Please bring your own washcloths as we only provide towels.

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please discard the trash in the bench or bin daily to keep a clean home.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY
Please note that the USPS does not deliver to vacation homes as they do not recognize them as standard residential addresses; packages will be returned to the sender.
To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Depending on the resort's policies:
Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply).
Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests.

10 bedrooms!

This house was perfect for a work retreat. Great for team building. Appropriate space for meetings as well. Wish the towels and bath soaps were a little nicer considering the quality of the house. Everything was decorated so well.

The Summit

We (10 parents and 11 teenage girls) stayed in this house for cheerleading summit and it was absolutely perfect. More than enough room to spread out with 21 people. Pool was perfect: walking distance to the clubhouse for those amenities. Host was easy to contact and quick to reply with questions. Close to Disney and 20-35 minutes to espn (depending on traffic). We all really enjoyed our stay here!

The only thing that my family was highly disappointed with was the parking situation. It was poorly explained and taken care of. Luckily we lived near by and could adapt but if we were out of state coming in, the stay would’ve been pretty much messed up. You can only have 4 cars and have to jump through hoops to get the 5th car approved. The 5th car also comes with a 35/day cost that is not explained before you get there. Also you cannot have guess if it exceeds the 4 car max, you would have to get any extra people. The car situation sucked and lack of communication from host made the beginning of the trip irritating. As long as transport is squared away, you will have a good vacation.

Family New Years stay

House was as pictured. Clean and in good condition. Private pool and clubhouse pool area are both great. Overall property is very nice and I would absolutely stay again. Just a few minor suggestions : could use a few more pots and pans, check in process at the gate could be inproved (make sure all persons staying in house are listed on reservation or you won't get in the gate)

Family get away

This home is very spacious. Everyone enjoyed their room. There was a few problems we had with our stay. The showers have issues with hot water and the home was not cleaned properly. I also wish the pool heat was included with the price..

Loved the house!

House was beautiful. My only complaint is that the game consoles in the game room weren’t working. it took 30 minutes for hot water and I feel like the pricing for the grill was expensive because the modern grill is what is advertised, yet u get a old black gas grill. Besides that the house was perfect. Rooms comfortable and clean. A beautiful house. I would stay again

the overall experience was good

The club house and community pool was awesome. The kids had a blast there. the house layout was very nice lots of space very beautiful and love the modern yet rustic touch of the house. The fact that it had enough rooms for everyone was perfect! the play room was in the garage but it was awesome. I enjoyed the pool area of the house. cons: I would have given them a 5 start if the house would have been more clean. The fridge was stinky and took a long time to finally get cool. It seems like they didn't turn on the fridge fast enough for us. The floor felt sticky and and the bed sheets had stains and hairs on it... But overall my family and friends had a fantastic time there and enjoyed every minute. Thanks!
