Windsor Island Resort is a gated community. For security purposes, all guests aged 18 and above are required to register in the gate system. Kindly note that sharing resort passes is strictly prohibited.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests enjoy full private access to the entire villa, pool, and spa. You’ll also have complimentary use of all Windsor Island Resort facilities, including the clubhouse, pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pad, mini golf, pickleball court, kids playground, climbing walls, sports courts, and more!

Each adult (18+) must register at the gated entrance for security. Passes issued at check-in make re-entry easy.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- Pool Heat: $35 per night plus tax and fees. We heat the pool to 88ºF and spa to 104ºF. Please note that we don’t have a hot tub, so in order to use the spa, pool heat must be on. Please let us know at least 72 hours prior to check in if you would like to add pool heat to your stay. Pool heat must be added for the entire stay. (Disclaimer: the heater is a heat exchanger that relies on ambient air temperature to heat the water. During the winter when the outdoor temp is below 50ºF, it may not effectively heat/reach full temp as the ambient air temp is too low)
- Grill Rental: available through a third-party provider ($80–$150 plus tax/fees, subject to change). Please contact us for details.
- Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Prior to check-in, the villa will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by our professional cleaning crew. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the villa. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
- Early Checkin and Late Checkout: Early checkin and late checkout are subject to availability. If available, we can offer them for an additional fee.
- Grocery Stocking: we can help you stock your Instacart order prior to your arrival for an additional fee.
