KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and electric stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

BATHROOMS
Two full-size custom bathrooms are present in this charming space. The first bathroom is just the corner from the kitchen and laundry area, and the other is between the two spacious bedrooms. One offers a stand-up shower and single vanity, the other a foot claw tub with a two-sink vanity. Both bathrooms are ready with plenty of towels and toiletries for a relaxed stay.

BEDROOMS
You'll find two spacious and cozy bedrooms within this beautiful space. The first large bedroom can be entered through the hallway and has two lovely queen beds. The second bedroom is adjacent to the living room and features an enormous California King bed. Each bed welcomes you with soft, premium linens and pillows. You'll find plenty of storage for you to unpack and make yourself at home.

LAUNDRY
You'll find a full-size washer and dryer in a common area near the kitchen and bathroom, along with detergent, dryer sheets, and everything needed to make vacation laundry a breeze.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the historic neighborhood of McKinley Heights, with a little over 1,000 residents, this area is perfectly nestled between the beautiful neighborhoods of Tower Grove East, Benton Park, Fox Park, Soulard, and Lafayette Square with nearby access to I-44, I-64/40 and I-55/70, Cherokee St and Grand Blvd. In McKinley Heights, you will find plenty of local bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metro link light rail system to get to many major attractions.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

I will not be available in person, however, I have partnered with ABODEbucks Management in order to provide you 24/7 support. If there is anything at all you need, please feel free to let us know :)

GUEST VETTING
ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

HOUSE RULES
This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
- Primary renter must be 25+ years old
- Pets are not permitted on the property
- No smoking inside the home
- No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
- No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
- Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends).  The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
- Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
- Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

It was the perfect size for our family. The living area had plenty of comfortable seating for us to hang out. The outside patio area was fun at night for boardgames. We would definitely stay again if we come back to St Louis. Great price and easy process with booking, check in and check out.

Nice apartment located pretty close to multiple attractions. Host is very responsive and communicative. Nice to have a garage and outdoor seating area. Only downside is street noise at night in the bedroom that faces the street.

Great place close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was very close to all the attractions we wanted to visit and our kids loved all of the decor throughout the house. The street noise is a little loud at night but after the first night we slept just fine.

Really enjoyed this property. Location was ideal and appreciated the use of the garage to load and unload off the street. The traffic noise is high if you are not used to it but the place is so nice we got past it quickly. Would stay here again

Perfect place for my family!

This apartment is so cute! Everything was perfect for my family’s short trip to St. Louis. I’m obsessed with the beautiful pocket doors to the main bedroom. Communication was great with the owners, and the check-in and check-out process was as easy. Would stay there again!

The overall stay was good. Despite not having the entry code properly working on the back door, entry and exit was good. Having the garage space was convenient and added a level of security and safety. The unit was clean except for the areas behind the toilets. Had a couple of pests crawling in the rear bedroom and bathroom. The street noise throughout the next took away the peace and quiet you would expect when you enter the unit.Conveniently located to downtown with plenty of quality eateries nearby.

Definitely a cute, unique place to stay. Communication from property management was great. Very accurate to pictures. Plenty of space for the 4 of us and very convenient to downtown. Definitely would recommend.

What a fun place!

This rental was beautifully decorated and curated for a comfortable stay with my family. We loved all the extra care the hosts put into their decisions. We were only about 10 minutes from the Arch, which we did as well as about 7 minutes from the City Museum, which was a must see if you have kids! Overall, we had a wonderful stay!!

What a great weekend!

Our time staying here was nothing short of great!! We traveled from Indiana and Oklahoma to spend the weekend in St. Louis. This VRBO was clean, convenient, and perfect for the four of us. We were so appreciative of the garage spaces for parking and the easy communication throughout. It is within safe walking distance of two highly recommended restaurants that we ate at, The Egg and Sidney Street Cafe. Thank you for the great place to stay!

Very charming

4.5 stars from us! It has everything you would need! Really clean and decorated so well. Loved the outdoor deck on the back and the garage is an added bonus as this is on a busy street. Traffic is loud at night but it wasn't terrible. Close driving distance to alot of the citys attractions. We enjoyed our stay!

Cool place, a lot of care went to the preparation

Overall it was a great place to stay. Clean and well kept and communication was good. The only negatives for us were entry the steps, and the noise level outside at night. Also the bathroom with the tub, even though it was very pretty, was a little unsafe for an older person. We should have taken some of those things into consideration before we booked. So this unit can be highly recommended for those folks a little younger than us.

St. Louis appartment

The communication process from start to end was amazing! Any questions were promptly responded to and directions were easy to follow. The appartment itself was gorgeous and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Area was quite and the neighboring businesses were polite and welcoming as well. We will definitely be back!

Cute and comfortable

The unit was very comfortable, very clean, and delightfully decorated. We enjoyed the short walk to the coffee shop and breakfast restaurant across the street. Loved the outdoor balcony area. The neighborhood is obviously up and coming and the street noise could be intense at times. Overall, we like the location and had a great time. A good experience from beginning to end.
