This gem of a home was the greatest location for my sister and I. Walking distance to every location we needed. Joe was really easy to talk to and responded at all conversations. The place was very clean, big bedrooms with a bathroom each. Just perfect. I would stay again!

The was Soulard special. The place was exactly as it was stated in the pictures and on the site. It was clean and all the amenities were spot on. Joe was a great host. He communicated with us prior to our stay, during our time, and made sure we were good with everything in addition to giving us recommendations of place to eat. We were even allowed a small extension for check-out which was a great consideration. The location is great. There is so many places to eat walking distance and the neighborhood is nice and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend this place for two couples or parents and a teen to be considerate of the adult neighbors.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was located in a fun neighborhood and not far from downtown attractions like Busch Stadium and the Arch. It was also very close to the Busch brewery. The house was clean and very comfortable and we felt safe during our stay.

This home was an absolute gem in the heart of Soulard!! We booked a last minute trip due to a family emergency and Joe was more than accommodating and we loved the notes left for us when we entered the home. It was clean and the deck was an enjoyable convenience even though it rained for most of the trip. We loved the dedication parking and it was within walking distance to a lot of nice bars and restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked and the beds were so comfortable! If it’s available we’ll definitely be booking another stay at this beautiful home when we return to STL to visit.

Space was super clean and the decor was nice. It had everything we needed, including comfy beds, linens, towels, and a full kitchen. The neighborhood is eclectic but overall seemed safe. A lot of young professionals living nearby and it had a “hip” kind of vibe with a lot of local restaurants.
Nice porch area
