The focal point of the home is an ideal setting for a family gathering. Lounge and visit on the roomy sofa, watch a movie on the Smart TV, or enter the fray of friendly competition with one of the provided board games.

KITCHEN & DINING
The fully-equipped kitchen opens to the living room and features ultra-modern cooking amenities and spacious granite countertops that allow for buffet-style suppers or easy prep of your favorite four-course meal.

The kitchen counter doubles as a dining area with sleek bar stools that can seat four people.

With a king and queen bedroom plus a full-sized air mattress, a total of six guests can indulge in resort-worthy comfort.

The Neighborhood:
The historic Central West End is a bright and vibrant neighborhood located on the eastern edge of Forest Park.

It is very walkable and offers a variety of amenities and attractions to suit any taste. From art galleries, upscale or casual dining, to local live music--you'll find it all here.

Mingle at spacious, street-side patios next to antique stores where you can create a stained glass window or scented body oil. Play chess with the locals on the sidewalk outside the Chess Club and Take a picture in front of the world’s largest chess piece – 14 feet tall — outside the World Chess Hall of Fame.

Book lovers will enjoy visiting the Writer’s Corner, which features metal busts of T.S. Eliot, Tennessee Williams, and Kate Chopin, all literary greats who hail from the neighborhood.

Visit the Cathedral Basilica of Saint Louis (est. 1914) on Lindell Boulevard and tour the largest collection of mosaics in the world, located downstairs at the Mosaic Museum.
Then bike, jog or walk along the paved paths winding through Forest Park, stopping along the way to visit the St. Louis Zoo.

Pick up some supplies at Whole Foods, Straub's, and Schnucks supermarkets close to the house or head into the city for dinner just a quick 5 minute drive from downtown St. Louis.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. In addition, it allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee include up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $68 fee is collected at the time of payment and labeled as "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee."

As a result, you can rest a bit easier when staying with ABODEbucks.

HOUSE RULES
This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers alike. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.

✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old.
✔ Pets are not permitted on the property.
✔ No smoking inside the home.
✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10 pm - 9 am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10 pm.
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. No glitter or confetti.

The location of this condo is fantastic. We were within fifteen minutes of everything we wanted do including The Hill and Missouri Botanical Garden. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen provided a coffeemaker and sugar. The living room had plenty of space.

This property was close to the Gateway Arch national park. The property was clean, modern, and in the perfect location. The parking was street parking, but it was a neighborhood with plenty of room for street parking.

Just what we were looking for

This location is close to everything we wanted to do. It was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The larger bedroom gets light early, not a problem unless you’re wanting to sleep late. We were happy with our choice.

Having a key holder and autolock was confusing. The key holder must be for looks. On the surface, everything looks clean. However, under the furniture, the floors are very dirty. The beds were very comfortable! It was great having an icemaker!! We didnt worry about our car parked on the street...pretty good neighborhood.

Amazing place to stay.

Everything was perfect! The only thing that I would recommend is having a TV in the rooms as there is only one TV that’s in the living room. Other than that, everything was phenomenal!

Newly remodeled apartment

Very nice and clean. Modern apartment with comfortable beds. Lots of on street parking. The only complaint that I have is the upstairs apartment does not have much insulation and you can hear every movement through the ceiling. Check in at 5p, seems pretty late compared to other rentals. We had a very nice stay.

Location Served Our Purpose

Accommodating Management Company met our needs that were requested. Location served our purpose for our visit. Unit was clean and updated, only complaint would be is the noise from the upstairs unit. During our stay other renters had kids running around upstairs and that was very loud in our unit, but typical of an apartment type of rental unless you occupy the top floor.

Great little condo

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a conference and opted to not stay at the hotel. This was a great option for us. The location was perfect and was less than 15 minutes from the convention center. Parking was right in front of the building. Communication with the owner was great!

Great place for us to stay!

My husband and I met my son here for a few days, and we enjoyed our stay. There is a super cute neighborhood diners and businesses within a half a mile. The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again!

Nice location

Place was very clean and a great proximity to children’s hospital. My only issue was I got there in the dark and could not see house numbers so was unsure which was the right place.
