Relax and enjoy this large, comfortable, light-filled, family holiday home located in the delightful seaside hamlet of Merricks Beach, a short 600-metre walk from the quiet bay beach.

This recently refurbished home is tastefully decorated and takes full advantage of the surrounding trees and natural light. The house includes an overlook of the landscaped garden. It opens up onto a spacious deck—the perfect space to relax and unwind, listening to the abundant native birds in this beautiful seaside hideaway.

The four-bedroom house comfortably sleeps ten and is ideally located not just to the local beach but is a short drive from Point Leo, Flinders, nearby vineyards and restaurants, fabulous golf courses, and all of the delights the Mornington Peninsula has to offer come down, relax and unwind.

Sleeps 10: Quality linen and cleaning services are provided. However, we ask that you bring your beach towels.

Great spot

Everything was good. Thank you. There was some dust about on the chest and outside and some confusion about our arrival but solved very quickly. Felt the owners need to get rid of timer rot on external stairs and upgrade seating. Thank you

Hidden gem amongst nature

A beautiful appointed and well designed family home. Modern clean and practical. Very cozy and quiet. The amenities that were provided were all appreciated. Loved being surrounded by nature. A group of 9 of us stayed there for just over a week and loved every minute of it. A short walk from the beach and a short drive to the shops, wineries and so much more.
