Walking into the main level, you are greeted by a formal living and dining area. A half bath is also located on this level. This opens up into the fully equipped kitchen and the family room, which features a breakfast nook and comfortable seating for 6-8 people as well as a large 65” flat screen TV. Sliding doors open up to the screened-in lanai, close to the kitchen and perfect for a day of grilling! All of the bedrooms are located on the second floor - the master bedroom features a walk-in closet, 50” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower; an additional guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo is in the hallway.
