This opens up into the fully equipped kitchen and the family room, which features a breakfast nook and comfortable seating for 6-8 people as well as a large 65” flat screen TV. Sliding doors open up to the screened-in lanai, close to the kitchen and perfect for a day of grilling! All of the bedrooms are located on the second floor - the master bedroom features a walk-in closet, 50” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower; an additional guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo is in the hallway.

* Many communities require submission of an HOA application and associated fees. These applications are typically due 20-30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking.
* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees for Heatherstone at Rookery Pointe are: an application for Master HOA paid online (typically $100 per person) and an additional subdivision application fee of $150.
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
