最近改装された3/2のシングルファミリーホームで、暖房付きのプライベートプールとジャグジーがあります。 新しいキッチンには、改造されたキャビネットと朝食コーナーを備えたすべてのステンレス製の電化製品が含まれています。 マスターバスは、美しい新しいタイルとレインフォールシャワーで完全にリフォームされました。 マスターベッドルームには、新品（2018年11月）のキングサイズ、シモンズビューティレストマットレスが付いています。 2つのゲストベッドルームにはクイーンベッドセットが備わっています。 マットレスと枕は、すべてのテナントの間に専門的に洗われる低刺激性の保護具で覆われています。 HouseはI-75、RSW（フォートマイヤーズ）空港ミロマーアウトレットモール、ガルフコーストタウンセンターモール、その他多くの買い物や食事を楽しめる場所に近接しています。 近所はフレンドリーで安全であり、所有者は何かが必要な場合の呼び出しでスタッフを持っています。

Property was excellent in every way. Very clean and well stocked. Patio and pool were very nice and a great place to relax. Host was very attentive. Location is close to shopping and numerous restaurants. I would highly recommend this property.

This house was fantastic. Conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants and only a 30 minute drive to the beach. The house was very comfortable with all the amenities you could desire. The jewel of this property was the pool area. Private with areas to eat or relax. The heated pool and spa were fantastic. With family in the Ft Myers area I visit often and this is my favorite VRBO

Great Rental

Great place to stay if you want to be in FT Meyers .The airport is within 10 minutes and there are plenty of restaurants close by. Alex is great to work with.

Best place for family time!

Amazing property

The house was amazing. Convenient location for dining and shopping. The house and furnishings were impeccable. The pool and spa area were the crowned jewel of the property. We will definitely be returning.

Spring Break 24!

Our stay at the home was great! The host was great at communicating and making sure all our needs were met. When we did have an issue with the pool ap, he was in the area and came by to insure we had the proper access. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The place was perfect. First of all, everything was clean and well layed out for privacy or hanging out all together. The pool is much larger than I expected. It was private because of all the foliage around the lanai. Beaches were easy to get to as well as restaurants, movies, and all kinds of shopping. The neighborhood is quiet.

Great host!

I've never had a host as responsive as Alex. He truly is very helpful and accommodating. The Lanai, pool, and spa were such a treat. We used them as much as possible.
