Nyligen renoverade 3/2 enfamiljshus med en uppvärmd privat pool och jacuzzi. Nytt kök inkluderar alla rostfria apparater med omvänd fasadskåp och frukostkrog. Master bad har nyligen renoverats med vackra nya brickor och regndusch. Sovrummet är utrustat med en helt ny (nov. 2018) KING-storlek, Simmons Beautyrest-madrass. De två gästrummen är möblerade med drottningssängar. Madrasser och kuddar täcks av allergivänliga skydd som tvättas professionellt mellan varje hyresgäst. House ligger nära I-75, RSW (Fort Myers) flygplats Mirormar Outlet Malls, Gulf Coast Town Center Mall och många andra ställen att shoppa och äta. Omgivningen är vänlig och säker och ägaren har personal på samtal om allt skulle behövas.

This property was better than we ever expected. It was clean, and more spacious than the pictures give it credit for. The host was very easy to and quick to communicate with. There were also a lot of extra amenities avaliable that werent list! Wonderful stay!

The place was perfect. First of all, everything was clean and well layed out for privacy or hanging out all together. The pool is much larger than I expected. It was private because of all the foliage around the lanai. Beaches were easy to get to as well as restaurants, movies, and all kinds of shopping. The neighborhood is quiet.

Great Rental

Great place to stay if you want to be in FT Meyers .The airport is within 10 minutes and there are plenty of restaurants close by. Alex is great to work with.

Roomy with large pool and hot tub a treasure in ft myers

Enjoyed our stay. Located close to all shopping and easy access to 75 and 41. Privacy and large living both interior and exterior. Wish we Could have stayed longer.

Best place for family time!

This home is gorgeous and well put together. Super nice pool. Everything is top notch stayed here many times and I would highly recommend it! Just book it we do and it's always terrific!!!

Amazing property

The house was amazing. Convenient location for dining and shopping. The house and furnishings were impeccable. The pool and spa area were the crowned jewel of the property. We will definitely be returning.

Spring Break 24!

Our stay at the home was great! The host was great at communicating and making sure all our needs were met. When we did have an issue with the pool ap, he was in the area and came by to insure we had the proper access. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Nice Vacation

This home was perfect for our family in town for a wedding. Private screened lanai and pool/hottub were great for us! House was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Alex was easy to contact and quick to respond when we had questions. Our only concern was a few sketchy houses down the street, but immediate neighbors very nice and friendly. Highly recommend!

Close to FGCU and has a great backyard!

We rented this house to stay in for our son’s graduation from FGCU. We spent most of our time outside in the lovely screened in lanai/pool. There was even a tv outside! It was a very quiet neighborhood for San Carlos park. Our host Alex was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

I've never had a host as responsive as Alex. He truly is very helpful and accommodating. The Lanai, pool, and spa were such a treat. We used them as much as possible.

Stayed here during Hurricane Ian

The house met our needs and was exactly as described. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We picked an unfortunate week for a visit due to the hurricane. My husband put up/down the storm shutters and our host reimbursed us for a night. The house was strong and suffered no damage. The only downside was the lack of power, which of course our host had no control over. We would stay here again!

Holiday vacation

The property was just as described and Alex was excellent to work with. We enjoyed the pool, hot tube and house during our two week stay. The house was well stocked, towels, kitchen etc. and it close proximity to shopping and restaurants.
