Right in the sweet spot of the Mount!
Minutes to Papamoa beach, Bayfair Mall, Baywave, Papamoa Fashion Island and supermarkets. A short drive to Mt Maunganui centre. Enjoy the food and entertainment venues nearby, Main beach, hot pools, walking track, cafes, shops 20 minute drive. A number of bus stops all within 4-9 minutes walk.
Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with 2 comfortable king sized beds in each. There is a bathroom and toilet to share. One room has TV with Chromecast. Downstairs offers a queen sized bed with private bathroom facilities as well as exclusive lounge, kitchenette and outdoor garden patio.
The kitchenette is set up with microwave, stove, minifridge and all essential cooking and serving equipment.
Laundry facilities are also available in the garage.
Off street parking is available for one vehicle, or otherwise park directly outside.
You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood and the comfy beds. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families. (with kids).
