Newish home on corner lot, within walking distance to MountainView Clubhouse – dining, golf, tennis and pools. And, also walking distance to DesertView - theater, fitness center, pools and more. Enjoy beautiful mountain views of Charouleau Gap from the front. Have dinner in the back with gas barbecue grill, lovely open space and golf course view. Covered ramada with side shades keep things cool and private. Beautifully furnished and well supplied. Televisions in both bedrooms, and a 60 inch flat screen in the great room. California king beds in both bedrooms. Come enjoy all of the resort amenities offered in Saddlebrooke, Tucson’s premier adult community! NOTE: High season minimum stay is 90 days. Minimum stay Otherwise minimum stay is 2 weeks.

A great Place to spend a long time

Wow,what a terrific place this has been. From the beginning to the last minute we enjoyed our vacation and the house was absolutely wonderful. Beautifully appointed and absolutely perfectly equipped.
