About this property

Beautiful home on large secluded lot. Perfect for your family vacations!

Nice lot without any steps to the lake. 3000 square feet on a secluded lot on Pearl Lake. 4 Bedroom home with a fireplace, loft, central air, huge deck with propane or charcoal grill. 2 patios for more outdoor seating.

Private setting on 165 feet of lake shore. Large fire pit area. Kayaks, canoe, paddle boats, paddle board and dock available for use. Zip line, lawn games, hammock included.

Perfect for family gatherings, multiple couples, crafters or snowmobilers. Located on snowmobile trail. Bedrooms each have a queen size bed in them. Loft has a couch and pullout loveseat and plenty of space for air mattresses. Living room has a sectional couch.

Lower level has 2 additional rooms for private space. One room with a couch and one a futon. Each room has additional space for air mattresses.

Washer and dryer available. Looped driveway makes it easy for pulling a boat or snowmobile trailer through. 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and shower, one with shower. Linens included.

Full kitchen includes coffee maker, Keurig, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, pantry items and all cookware and dishes.

Public boat landing 1/2 mile away. Less than 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants and beach.

We had an awesome time again at Pearl lake. We are a group of 10 this year, siblings, nieces and nephews. We enjoy all the amenities. All the lake toys, fire pit, bags, axe throwing game, etc. The cabin gives all enough space to do separate things. Plan to return again next year.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home is well-maintained and far exceeded what we typically expect from VRBO listings.Sleeping arrangements were very comfortable and well thought out, which made it easy for everyone in our group to relax and enjoy. Communication with the host, Darcy, was excellent—she was responsive, clear, and genuinely cared that we had a great stay.Although we were in town for a wedding and did not get to take full advantage of all the outdoor amenities, it was clear that the property is set up for guests to really enjoy the lake and surrounding activities. One of the best parts was that while the property is close to town, it feels very private and secluded, giving us the best of both worlds.Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place in a beautiful lake setting.

Summer Family Vacation

5 Stars - this was our 5th summer at this lake home. Darcy communicates very well, and we will be back next year! Proximity to Detroit Lakes, private setting, and nice big yard keeps us coming back. Highly recommend.

We are three siblings, who along with our spouses, have built this home. We have had many wonderful memories with our kids and with each other. As our kids have become older we find that we aren't able to use this home as much as we would like. We would love to have other families create some great memories here.

We chose this property because we have family in the area and found it a good central location for all of us. We have loved the lake and the home as well. We love the seclusion and yet being within a few miles of so many things.
