The home offer central air conditioning, washer, dryer, private hot/cold outdoor shower and parking for two vehicles in the private driveway. Pets welcome with a paid fee. Much Needed Break

This is our first visit to 13609 Barge Rd. It is a very nice property, well kept and clean. Overall, we had a very good time with plenty of room to sprad out and relax.Caine Woods is convenient to North Ocean city, Fenwick, and Bethany Beach in Delaware. All of the neighbors we met were very friendly and it made our walks longer than usual because we stopped to chat with people along our walk. The kitchen was nice(especially the gas range) but you do need to add some new pots to your galley. All frying pans except for one small pot. We would go back to this place for its size, location and neighborhood. Oh, grass needs to be cut as well.

Nice neighborhood by the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. The neighborhood was great and had very nice paths for walking our dogs. The beach was about a .6 mile walk, which wasn’t too bad. We also were able to park near the beach when it was too hot to walk. The kitchen had mostly everything we needed but it looked like no one cleaned out the oven before our stay. There was foil laid/stuck across the bottom of the oven making it smelly when we turned it on. We tried to remove the foil and use the oven, but someone may need to take a look and clean it out. The rental had an outdoor shower and hose which was a huge perk because we spent a lot of time at the beach!We would definitely come back here to stay!
