Great location. House is nice, slightly dated and couple minor issues but overall was perfect setup for a friends golf weekend. Plenty of space and can’t beat the location.

Nice location for our family. House was dirty and had some maintenance issues needing to be addressed. Broken kids beds and breaker issues with the second floor bedrooms.Property is in need of a refresh.

Not sure what you mean by dirty; we had the house thoroughly cleaned, bathroom scrubbed and sanitized just before you checked in. We did our inspection after that and everything was working just fine. Someone in your group must have tripped the breaker. As for the bed, it was just one slot from the footer that got unscrewed, but the bed was safe and functional.

Thank you for choosing our home for your family vacation. We are sorry about the AC on 3rd floor. I wish you contacted us to let us know so we could send our HVAC serviceman. As it turns out we found the furnace turned off and the thermostat settings changed. Someone must inadvertly turned the furnace wall switch off. Thats why it wasnt working. Not sure what you mean by kitchen supplies. We have plenty of pots and pans, baking ware, glass ware, silverware, dinnerware to accommodate 12 people.

Lovely Location

The location of this property was absolutely fantastic. Off the main highway just enough that you could easily access the stores and the National seashore, but close enough that if you wanted the OC boardwalk experience, you could get there reasonably fast. There were some minor things with the house that we encountered but the owner was receptive and helped us troubleshoot.

Great place for my family for two weeks!

My 4 young kids and extended family had a great experience at this house for two weeks. The neighborhood, of course is amazing, and we loved how many rooms and places to sleep there were! Surprisingly, a lot of room! We also were very impressed with the barbecue grill, which performed perfectly. The owners were extremely responsive to all our questions. The place does have a little wear on it, which is to be expected with the house that is pet friendly, but overall we really enjoyed it!

The location is great but there are a few issues with the house. The flooring needs addressed, hardwood in the living room need refinished and the carpeting needs serious cleaning or replacement. The kitchen has the bare minimum for cooking. It took some creativity with some meals. The three beds on the top floor have no access to a bathroom without going through a bedroom or going down to the first floor, not ideal. No towel bar in bathrooms. Figuring out the tv was a challenge. Some directions would be helpful.All the wall murals were quite cool.

We have plenty of pots and pans and bakeware. Also silverware and dinnerware for 12 people. The carpet is professionally cleaned twice during the season, and we cannot get it cleaned after checkout of each guest. Flooring is engineered wood and cannot be sanded. We list the 3 twin beds in the loft which is semiprivate and we do not list it as having a private bathroom. In fact, we describe the entire sleeping accommodations in the listing and we tell guests to be sure they read all the information before booking to make certain our home is suitable for them.

Great Place to Stay

It was a great place to stay. Centrally located to everything, Golf, Beach, Marinas and shopping. The house is equipped nicely. The only thing was there was no vacuum or cleaning supplies. I know a cleaning crew comes in before and after, however when I am renting someone's home I like to take care of it the same way I would my own home. If I had the tools that home would have been spotless when I left. I did wipe down everything and swept the floors. We had a great time!! Thank you Louiza

We did have one but it broke and we did not have time to replace it before you arrival. We did have cleaning supplies in the cabinet below the kitchen sink, as well as a mop and bucket in the pantry. The house is beautiful!

The house is beautiful! The pictures do not do justice in capturing the beauty of this place! The only thing wrong was the broken items throughout the house. The ice maker/water doesn't work on the fridge, the oven glass was broke, a couple broken spindles on the staircases, and the AC in the attic gave us problems. All very minor things, if you're not picky. The broken spindles were a little troubling to us due to us having small children running around. Overall, a wonderful place to vacation ☺️ It just needs a few small fixes and it would be perfect!

Unfortunately, it's impossible to make any repairs in between renters as our home is rented back-to-back in the season unless it is an emergency. We were not aware of the AC on the 3rd floor and you did not report it. It is working just fine now, perhaps the setting on the thermostat were not right.

Great central location.

Easy check in/checkout. Close to everything you want to do in Ocean City. Only complaint is the grill needs fixed/replaced. We were able to light it but the heating elements are rusted out and the electric ignition consequently doesn’t work and it cooks unevenly. Clubhouse access was nice and easy to utilize. House was clean and host easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great stay! Would stay again!

Family Vacation Aug 3-10

Ten of us stayed a week, 6 adults and 4 children, ages 16 to 4. Plenty of room for all of us. Nice location, close to Ocean City and Assateague NP. Berlin is also well worth a visit, nice little town with interesting shops and great restaurants. The house could use some updating, carpets have stains, tv in living room is a little dated, and could use some sports channels. Living room could also use some more seating and front porch has just 2 plastic chairs (dirty) on it. Outdoor furniture was in the garage and not usable, plus the garage itself needs a good sweeping. Bedding was comfortable but mattresses were covered with plastic which creaked when you rolled over. Overall it is a nice place that just needs a good cleaning inside and out.

A yearly family excursion to OC MD. We had 12 family members and this home comfortably met our expectations. Location was within all our favorite places we go to when in OC. The community pools were also a hit with the kids as well adults.

Wonderful home

This is a wonderful place , spacious, clean and well maintained. The house is done beautifully with a beach theme but what set the tone as soon as we entered , were the beautiful beach murals . We were a group of 4 families with kids from ages 4-12 and none of them wanted our stay to end in this house . They had a big backyard to play in , the neighbors were very nice and accommodating, the neighborhood is quiet and safe for the kids to go bike riding or for us to take long walks . The community pools and other facilities are up to the mark . Louiza is a great host and was accessible at all times . Overall , we had a wonderful time and would love to come back anytime .

Beautiful, Comfortable, and Clean

Seven of us stayed in this home for our golf miniweek vacation. Home was excellent! Private, huge with 3 floors, and nice backyard. Location couldn't be better. Close to everything. Excellent community with great clubhouse and amenities. Couldn't be happier with our choice.

Wonderful Getaway

Great getaway for families or groups. Home is gorgeous, spacious, and comfortable. Location is very convenient to everything. Community has a lot of amenities, pools, clubhouse, tennis, kayak dock, and a fishing pier. Plenty to do right there. Boardwalk and beach are just minutes away. Had a great time with my family.

Look No Further

This was our first vacation in this part of Ocean City after we recently moved to Maryland. My sister and searched online for a nice home that would accommodate 3 couples with 6 kids and we were very happy to come across this beautiful home. It was as described in the listing and had more space than we expected. It was very comfortable, had 5 TVs, great appliances, including a washer/dryer and a cloth steamer. Master bedroom is to die for. Kids loved the loft where they had 3 twin beds. Community was family friendly, had an excellent clubhouse with pools, lounge, fitness room and game room for the kids and adults, tennis courts, playground, kayak dock, and fishing pier on Sinepuxent Bay. There was plenty to do right there. Downtown, beach, and amusement parks were within a short drive, and so were the restaurants, bars, shopping and everything else. This was a great vacation. Would definitely stay here again.

We were visiting Assateague Island and while driving back we saw the development when it was still under construction. We stopped by and fell in love with the community and all the amenities it offered. We also loved the model homes. So we decided we had to buy this particular model which had a long and private driveway as well as one of the largest lots which is also private and backs to the woods. Another reason we chose this model is because it has a kitchen in the back versus front and had a den on the first floor and a beautiful loft on the third floor.
