We were a group of moms and adult daughters and had a wonderful time. There was plenty of space, and we particularly enjoyed sitting outside on the patio, watching the deer. We did wish we would have had access to a few more wash rags but that did not impact our visit at all. I highly recommend this property, and we would love to stay here again.

Amazing time with plenty of space for everyone

The house was spacious and comfortable for our multi-family long weekend. The deer watching was amazing. The drive to our baseball tournament (Zorn) and Schlitterbahn was convenient and easy. We'll be back!

The house was very clean when we arrived and was secluded and comfy. The property was in a great location for a quick trip to San Marcos or New Braunfels. Staying at this property was a great experience.

Great Getaway

We enjoyed our stay here very much! It is a very well stocked house, especially the kitchen. There are also tons of games and puzzles in the game room, and we enjoyed both. We also saw tons of deer in the backyard! We will definitely come here again!!

Peace and Quiet in beautiful surroundings

The property is clean and well maintained. We were greeted by deer upon our arrival. Communication from the property management was timely and helpful. The keyless entry was easy to use. The home was close enough to amenities and the wedding we attended. Thank you, we very much enjoyed the home!

Charming, Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

Conveniently located to the Outlet Centers and the Texas State campus. This quaint home is comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed this charming home while visiting my daughter in San Marcus and Hilda was extremely communicative throughout our stay.

My youngest daughter got married up the street at Posey Meadows venue and your property was the perfect home away from home for my family. Everyone stay comfortably and the location was perfect very very close. Everything was clean and top-notch we all loved it.

It was the perfect property for our avid needlepointers. We ranged in age from 65-80 and were very comfortable. No stairs to climb was a real plus for us. The house is very spacious and had a great table for stitching. We will plan to return. bj

Nice house with plenty of room

We came with family to celebrate our sons ring ceremony at Texas State. Was my MIL 1st time staying at a home instead of a hotel and she loved it. We would definitely stay again when visiting our sons.

Enjoyed the stay

Property manager was very responsive to any issues we had and had them corrected very quickly. The only thing that I would suggest - take the picture of the Weber propane grill off the website. We were not prepared that we would need charcoal and we had planned meals around grilling outside.

Deers, deers and more. We had a great time at this rental. House was well maintained and appointed. Plenty of space to spread out. This was a girls trip for fun and relaxation and this house helped us to achieve this. We sat on the back porch to watch the deer and have our coffee. Plenty of towels, linens and dishes. Easy entry and Hilda was always available when we called. Would definitely rent here again.

Enjoyed the stay.

This home is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. I love this home!!! The check in and check out was painless. My two daughters and I were in San Marcos visiting family for the Christmas holidays and couldn’t have picked a better place and home. Upon arrival the home was clean and had everything we needed to make out stay pleasant. Lots of board games and books for family entertainment .Only wish there was a Christmas tree and decor for us to enjoy. The highlight was watching the deer in the backyard every morning while having my morning coffee. Neighborhood is quite and peaceful. Restaurant and shops are just a short drive . I will definitely stay here again.

Family Birthday Celebration

The Deer Haven House was an ideal setting for our family weekend celebration for my son's birthday. The house was beautifully decorated and has an open family great room/kitchen that allowed us to be together for games and video trivia. The kitchen and dining room allowed us to have plenty of room for a wonderful birthday meal where all of us could sit down and enjoy the food together. We had plenty of room for everyone to sleep and especially enjoyed the Murphy Bed. The high chair and playpen/pack-n-go were used all weekend with my infant granddaughter. All my grandchildren loved watched the deer as did the adults. It was a birthday weekend to remember.

Beautiful stay for all

Upon our arrival the home is a beautiful property. We received the lock code a few days before and had easy access instantly. When we walked in, the house was clean and had a wonderful floor plan. An open kitchen that connected to the living room and dinning room. The master bed room had a king size bed and a beautiful bathroom with a walk in closet with plenty of space. This property had plenty of space for every one. Beautiful back yard and plenty of front yard space for our children to play cornhole and throw the baseball and football. It also has handicap items if needed, an extra hide away Murphy bed, and a high chair for children. This is the perfect place for a family to make memories. Heldi was very kind and answered all questions quickly. 10 out of 10 recommend. We visited for my sons graduation
