Beautiful condo and excellent location

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was very clean and exactly as pictured. Location could not have been any better, and check in/check out could not have been easier. We loved the beautiful big balcony and having A/C in the unit was such a perk! We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone.

A fun time in Sandpoint

We had a small group come up for a ski trip to Schweitzer mountain. This condo was ideal for our trip. It was clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed for a great vacation. I would stay here again!

Great Place

This was a perfect stay for our family. It was a close drive to Silverwood, which is what we came over for. We played in the pool a bit at the condo, it was very clean and water was warm. The Condo is very clean and had nice big bedrooms. This is also a great location in town, just a few blocks to get downtown to shops and restaurants.

Great Sandpoint Condo

Great find in Sandpoint. Condo was very clean and as described, had everything we needed for our stay. Kids loved the pool noodles available to play with. Will definitely return!

Comfy spot for exploring Sandpoint

We will definitely be back! We love Sandpoint, but it's especially nice when the accomodations are above and beyond. This place got all the details right - great beds, nice appliances, AC, awesome balcony for coffee in the morning.

Great once we could get in. 🙃

We weren't given the access code to the door, and we weren't able to get in touch with any contacts. For a few hours. I was able to contact Evolve staff to help solve the issue, and we eventually heard back from contacts and got in the house, but it was at least 9pm.Luckily, there were many wonderful places to eat and drink while we waited for a home. Lol The home was clean, cute, and comfy. We enjoyed our 2 nights there.

Perfect Vacation!

We were very pleased with our stay at Sandy's condo. She was available when necessary for communication. The property was clean, well kept, well stocked, and true to the photos. The location is perfect, walking distance to downtown, pool, courts, and right on the lake for easy access to fishing or boat use. We can't wait to return again!

Nice updated condo apartment, easy to walk place

Nice updated condo apartment. Perfect 2BR setup for our family of 4. Everything was well kept and newly refurbished. Easy walk to places in town. We came in the winter and drove up to Schweitzer every day (about 30 min drive). Easy drive to and from.

Perfect place to stay in Sandpoint ID

First and foremost, the condo was immaculate. There were plenty of essentials for my daughter and I. There is even a washing machine and dryer, which we did not need, but what a luxury to have. The check in was simple and easy and communication with the manager/owner was immediate and easy. We were only there for 2 nights to attend a Memorial Service, but I can see why a longer stay on the water would be fun for a family. Getting into town was a quick walk. I would highly recommend staying at this condo

Condo was very adequate for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Plenty of room to move about the condo.Nice kitchen if you wanted to stay in and cook.The only issue was lack of communication as far as getting into condo. An access code was required for entering the property and entering the condo, none of which was explained clearly. A phone call to the owner helped to clear that problem. My advice would be to contact owner before arriving so you could enter upon arrival. Also, Evolve was involved with the rental and they neglected to relay info for entering condo. Not happy with Evolve.Other than that, we had a good time.A few hiccups did not ruin our stay.

Property was not as clean as we would have liked. Cob webs inside, porch dirty. Down stairs tenant was very load all nights with sound system vibrating upstairs. Pool was kept very clean, but had cutoff time, that was not posted.

Schweitzer Skiing

Not on the mountain but we were parked and putting on skis in 30 minutes. Property is situated on the lake for summer stays. Nice kitchen with utensils and countertop appliances. Even has some spices and condiments, so look before buying them at a nearby grocery store. Could use larger pasta pot, otherwise have what you need to cook for yourself. Restaurants in Sandpoint are a short walk or drive away if you’re taking a vacation from cooking. Beds were comfortable. Couch for 5th or 6th person a little less so. Have to ration hot water or separate bathing times if more than one person is bathing, as heat runs low at the end for the 2nd person. Internet beats local hotels hands down. Overall was very pleased with the condo, especially given a price that beats most 2 room hotel stays.
