Dear guest, we kindly ask that you wash any used dishes, pots, and pans. If you have any leftover food or groceries, please don’t throw them away,we’re happy to donate them to a local church.
Please do not place wet towels inside the hampers. Instead, kindly hang them on the shower rods or towel bars in the bathrooms.
Please dispose of the trash in the outdoor blue bins located to the left as you exit the property, just behind the small double white gates next to the main white sliding entrance gate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No flammable items allowed NO candles please No parties or events No unregistered guests/visitors allowed
Keep doors and windows closed at all times to avoid A/C leaks, mosquitoes, or insects can sneak in. No running in the house or pool area is permitted
