Desirable Trout Creek! New 3 bedroom , 3 bath Open concept living space. Fenced yard and a Brand New Hot tub and fire pit! Steps to Powell Beach Park , Sunoka Beach Provincial Park and boat launch access. A quick walk to a winery and cidery! Five minute drive to Penticton and five minute drive to Summerland! Fully equipped Kitchen with large island. Making beautiful memories under the stars and around the fire pit after a day enjoying the beautiful lake and wine country. Apex Mountain is a 30 minute drive! A vacation to remember all year round.

The property manager will be available to you for any questions or concerns, on site in the basement suite, this is a Summerland Business License requirement. Business license number 6264..

Family Vacation

The house was a great size for our extended family to stay the weekend. Loved the hot tub and outdoor seating. Short walk to the beach in a beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic place

A great place between Summerland and Penticton. Perfect for a getaway to check out some wineries or just sightseeing and Lounging at the beach nearby. The place was very clean and inviting, lots of amenities like a hot tub, games, bbq, and more. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Two Families on Vacation

We had a great time! Property was as described, kitchen and outdoor space had more than enough space for two families of four. The beach is a quick walk/bike away and Penticton is a quick drive. Kids had lots of fun on the Wibit and tubing down the canal.

Great location

The house was very well appointed, had everything we needed. Dawn was amazing and took extremely good care of us. The most frustrating part was how long it took to get hot water to the top floor, but we would definitely stay there again! Thank you, Dawn, for everything!

Very comfortable,exactly as described

There were three of us,myself,my 15 year old and her best friend, and we had a wonderful week! We come to summerland every summer for a week, so we know the area well.it was great to be so close to SunOka, and right between Summerland and Penticton.the house was spacious and comfortable and Dawn was very sweet and helpful , we would definitely stay again!

Perfect house for our stay!

The house is modern, well presented and well laid out. The rooms are large and the bathrooms as well. The backyard was our favourite place, well kept and laid out. The hot tub was very clean and well maintained as well. The fridge was well stocked with condiments and the kitchen also had a well stocked spice cupboard on top of everything you could possibly need. Perfect for our two combined families to stay with 4 adults and 4 children. Thank you Dawn for being a fantastic host!

Not quite steps to beach.

A clean spacious property. We were a party of 4 and for a few days there were 6 of us. Powell Beach very nice and quiet. More than a few steps to walk for us that are elderly - about 800 metres. However, lots of parking. The only problem we had was with entering the door code. Sometimes it took many tries and other times just one or two. It probably needs a new battery. However, we were not qualified to replace the battery. Less than a 15 minute drive to Penticton Dawn very helpful.
