W1102: **NEWLY REMODELED BATHROOMS! Your beach retreat awaits you in this Gulf front condo on the eleventh floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that features a Jacuzzi tub, a NEW TILED walk in shower and granite counter tops above new cabinetry. The new shower even has a seat to help you relax. The guest bedroom has both queen and twin size beds plus an additional REMODELED full bath. This updated bathroom has a NEW TILED shower and granite counters! Perfect for washing off all that beach sand. The living room is equipped with a queen size sofa sleeper. All 3 mattresses were upgraded in August, 2016. There is a 55" flat panel 4k high definition smart TV in the living room with a blue ray player and sound bar system. The living room also has a fireplace for added atmosphere. The bedrooms each have flat screen TV's with DVD players. The fully equipped kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and new cabinetry; filtered ice and water is available from the refrigerator. Windows feature room darkening curtains. The balcony, which is accessible from both the master bedroom and living room, has tall pub height patio chairs and table and also has a chaise lounge allowing an excellent view of the sandy white beaches. Full sized washer and dryer in unit. This property has Cox Cable with upgraded channels, plus Netflix and free WiFi.
