Our beautiful 3-story townhome is professional decorated and well equipped. We even have Wi-Fi internet, along with a high chair and porta- crib for your little ones.

The First Level:

Walk into the main level and the first thing you’ll notice is the soaring 12 ½ -foot ceilings with crown molding and 2 sets of double French doors. You’ll also find an expansive living room with large Travertine tiles, comfortable family room furniture, including a queen sleeper sofa, for lounging and relaxing. If you’re the type who enjoys curling up on the sofa to watch your favorite TV shows or catch a game you’ll find our large HDTV (yes even HD service from Cox cable) hidden behind a beautiful imported armoire. You'll also find a powder room on the main level.

Kitchen and Dining Room

Our kitchen is a cook’s dream. Bring out the your inner Emeril Lagasse or Julia Child with our professional Dual Fuel Viking Stove and Convection Oven, Sub Zero Refrigerator, wine cooler and Cuisinart cook ware. Make your morning coffee with our Cuisinart Grind and Brew coffee maker or if you prefer, walk 100 feet to local coffee shop to get your favorite morning coffee. We, of course, have a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities such as a toaster, microwave, mixer, blender, ample plates, glasses, wine and beer glasses and kitchen utensils. And we even have a supply of spices, sugar, creamer, aluminum foil, etc.

The dining room features an extra-large square dining table and 8 chairs.

King Bedroom (Bedroom #1)

The attached bathroom is equipped with double vanity, Ralph Lauren towels, blow dryer, tub & shower combo and separate commode room.

The bathroom is accessible from the hallway and features a tub and shower, Ralph Lauren towels, and blow dryer.

Located on the third floor, the King Master Suite features 10-foot ceilings with crown moldings, a King-size bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, a double-sided Fireplace, TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, reading lamp, iron and ironing board, and a private balcony with Views of the Bay!

The attached luxurious bathroom is appointed with all White Marble, double vanity, jetted jacuzzi tub with Fireplace, separate shower and separate commode room. Of course this bathroom also has Ralph Lauren towels and a blow dryer as well.

Le Jardin is the ultimate in location and comforts. Known as the the most upscale property inside Baytowne Wharf.

What makes this townhome unique

Isn't it so annoying when you pay good money for a rental and they don't even have Salt and Pepper in the cupboard? When you rent our homes you will find much more in our places than you would in the typical rental. You'll find spices in the cupboards, sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, foil, etc.

Our guests always comment on how well equipped our home is. While it may not be your deciding factor when you are choosing places to rent, you will appreciate it once you get here.

Most everything you’ll need during your stay is here! Because we live so far away, we take special care to make sure everything is in perfect condition.

It’s imperative that we have the best help. We employ a housekeeper who only cleans for a couple of people. We do not use one of those massive cleaning companies who dash in and out in 15 minutes and call it clean. Our housekeeper takes hours to clean our condo (so the cleaning fee is $20-$30 more than you’d pay with others but we ensure it’ll be really clean!)

Come and stay with us and I can assure you’ll be happy!

This property is very nicely appointed and is perfect for anyone who enjoys the lap of luxury. I had a beary nice time staying in Le Jardin. The home is in the perfect location—in the heart of Baytowne Wharf, just steps outside the door are all the shops, restaurants daily entertainment. The Wharf has all sorts of entertainment going on all day long so you will never be at a loss for things to do here. This home is a rare find with three master bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, which is perfect for three couples to share. The beds were delightful with luxuriously soft sheets. The double sided fireplace in the third floor master was a nice surprise; you can see it from the master bedroom and the master bathroom. Overall, I found the home to be well-appointed and upscale but at the same time comfortable enough to kick back and cozy-up on the sofa. The VRBO Bear

AMAZING!!!!!!

Wow!! This place is amazing. You are only steps from the heart of the Village but you cannot tell it inside this extra clean, beautiful, serene home. Everything was as described. It is so quiet and peaceful. Quick walk from the parking garage, the pool and the dog park. Everything you can want in a home away from home. I didn't realize until after I had booked the reservation that it is 3 stories, but was not bad at all, plenty of space for everyone. If you rent this home, make sure and take some time to sit on either of the balconies, it will take your cares away :)

The property was well-maintained and the location is perfect

Our group of two adults and 4 teenage girls had a very nice stay. The location could not have been better and the property was clean and comfortable. We would recommend this place to family and friends. Sandestin is full of many nice restaurants and the golf is first class. The beach was unbelievably crowded but the water is beautiful.

Everything you need and more right by all of the attractions. All the necessities in the kitchen annd Bathroom. Only reccommendation is to make sure that the maid service removes expired items.. there were a few things left out that were expired...sugar, coffee, creamer, and quite a few condiments in the fridge. We bought our own stuff but the kids almost used some of the expired condiments. Everything was awesome other than that.

Our unit was a beautifully decorated, clean, 3-story home with a front porch. It was clean and very comfortable--gorgeous! There was a lot to do, allowing us to be active when we chose and enjoy the quiet when we chose. We recommend renting bikes and using the extensive bike trails for sightseeing. It was a perfect vacation.
