We had a great stay in Savannah. The location was perfect and we loved the views of the river with the cargo ships passing by. It was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go with multiple restaurants, shops & bars nearby. Rooms were clean with very nice beds and overall very quiet considering how close to the action it is. The gathering areas were spacious and kitchens well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property that was accurately portrayed! I would highly recommend this place for a larger group for the space. It is beautiful, cozy, spacious and the rooftop has an amazing view of River Street. I couldn’t have asked for a better find! The location also cannot be beat!

Great location, beautiful accommodations

Everyone commented on the comfort of the beds, the fact that everything we needed was available and there were so many different areas for people to congregate or not, whichever they preferred.

Our host was very responsive and accommodating. Checking in daily. Our buds were so comfortable, the estate was extremely spacious. We love the location, everything was very walkable. A wonderful stay overall!

Wedding / Weekend Getaway

Bedrooms, kitchens, bathroom perfect, each couple had their own space. The living rooms and upstairs deck were perfect hanging out, morning coffee and evening wine.

Great Stay, Amazing Views

We stayed here for a conference. Amazing Location, Close to the Ferry, Coffee, Food, Night life! The Deck is so nice we skipped dinner and had carry-out!

In town for a baby shower. Clean, comfortable and plenty of space. Close to restaurants and spaces for cars.kitchen had everything we needed.

Pleasant Stay

We loved the ability to spread out. Everyone in our party had their own room with en-suite bathroom! The location can’t be beat - right on the riverfront and within walking distance of all of the historic Savanah sites and restaurants

We had an amazing stay with 14 family members for SCAD graduation! Thanks opening your home. We loved the layout and especially the roof top deck! Great views of Savannah.

Worth every penny!

Wonderful location, great balconies, amazing rooftop, and historic! You can’t beat this location or views, especially from the rooftop. Very easy check in and check out process. My family and friends loved it.

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette. It slept 13 of us comfortably. Having both units was great as we were able to leave the door open and move freely between the units. The location is unbeatable. We were able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. There are definitely some pieces of furniture that could use replacing, but otherwise a 10/10 experience!

Lovely location

We enjoyed our time in Savannah and this was a great location. we felt the stairs were a detriment since we are a bit older. Things could use a little updating and sprucing up, but overall it was good.

This house was in the greatest location for the nightlife, bars and restaurants. The house its self was great for a big party. We had a lot of rain the first two evenings and there was a lot of water dripping and leaking into the house which was a safety hazard. The deck upstairs had several holes in the floor and was a massive safety concern which caused the group to not even enjoy the deck. The major concern was that we were told a shower that is attached to a bedroom was inoperable. The issue is that we were told about 4 hours (If that) before we arrived. This rental was specifically booked months in advance for the bedrooms, attached bathrooms and the deck. It is just a shame that the communication regarding the bathroom was told when it was, We also were not made aware of the check in very well. I had to personally message the host around 4:30pm to make sure we could check in and also get the pin numbers to access the house.

Sounds like this house was made for a group getaway, and the nightlife location definitely delivered. We're sorry about the leaking during those first two rainy evenings and the holes in the upstairs deck — both are safety concerns we take seriously, and I want you to know the roof leak, deck, and shower are all currently being addressed. On the shower specifically, that issue came up during a pre-arrival inspection, and we reached out as soon as we knew, though we understand that late notice still put you in a tough spot right before your stay. Check-in is guaranteed for 4pm as noted in the listing, which is why we don't typically call each guest to confirm — but your experience shows us there's room to offer a bit more reassurance in the moment. Absolutely a great stay! The whole family enjoyed it so much. Everyone wants to go back. The place was clean and spacious. We absolutely love the layout. Everyone was able to be together and yet had enough room to spread out. The rooftop was the favorite. Also— CANNOT beat the location. Literally walking distance to EVERYTHING. 100% recommend— for all ages.

Bach of my dreams!

I just stayed here for my bachelorette and it was great! It fit 14 of us perfectly. As soon as we all walked in we were amazed at both apartments. We were walking distance to the best parts of town. Highly recommend this spot for a large group. We will be back!

Great location . Plenty of space no pool on site as stated in ad.. I knew that when I rented my wife did not she suggested maybe add text to the pool pictures stating it’s 25 miles away. You will be in the middle of party central expect weekend noise it can get real loud but we didn’t mind as that was what we went for

Christmas with family

We had a wonderful stay in Savannah. There were 11 of us there for a family Christmas and we booked both units 3 and 4. The hallway locks, so we could keep both doors open and use it as one big unit. The beds were comfortable, the apartments were very spacious - room for everyone to hang out together (or hide). The view from the terrace is incredible and we loved watching the container ships go by. The location is excellent - right in downtown historic Savannah. The property managers were very helpful and easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again if our paths take us to Savannah.

What a great trip!

I have a have an annual work convention in a different city every year where I get to see a group of friends I rarely see. We always rent a VRBO after the convention to check out the city. This property was excellent for what we needed. Walking distance to tons of bars, restaurants, and shopping and very close to the ferry in case you need to get to the convention center. The rooftop deck was incredible to watch the cargo ships come through. Every bedroom had its own private bathroom, and everyone was super happy with their accommodations. We had no issues whatsoever and I highly recommend this property. If I’m ever in Savannah again, I will definitely rent this property

Alli's Bach

We had the best time and best stay at this property. We rented it for my Bachelorette party of 10 girls and we had TONS of space and bathrooms. We were right in the middle of everything - bars, restaurants, clubs, shops, etc. We never had to Uber a single place and were able to walk everywhere. The coolest part is that the entrance to both of these condos shares a private hallway so we were able to leave the doors to the condos open and treat it as one big space. It never felt like we were all staying separate. I will certainly be back and keep this place in mind for the future.
