Our stay was fantastic in Sunriver! House was comfortable, large and met all our needs. Kids had a blast playing with the extra toys, biking and of course access to SHARC. Adults enjoyed cooking meals and spreading out. We made some very nice memories while there…thanks for sharing your home with us!

Overall property was very good. And family friendly.Need to find a way to gain access to the local pool and workout area if desired for kids. Sharc HOA doesn't allow visitor/renters.Everything else was great!

Beware! The property management company entered the unit without our consent to check a plumbing problem with the main bath tub that occurred before our stay. This is a violation of security and privacy and was unacceptable. The home was comfortable and well equipped. The location was good. The grandchildren enjoyed the variety of games in the garage.

Amazing stay!

This home had everything we needed for the perfect vacation. It’s gorgeous and big, so everyone had their own space. The kitchen is well set up for cooking great meals and the snow outside was so pretty. I will definitely be renting this place again!

We loved the house! It was spacious, extremely clean and great for our family gathering.There were a few funny little things that kept it from being a perfect score. There were only 2 complimentary dishwasher pods, barely any dish soap, not enough dish towels. The few coffee filters supplied didn’t match the coffee machine. Not all bathrooms had soap dispensers at the sinks, or full Kleenex boxes, (2 had 2-3 tissues each).The house rental is ment for larger groups, so supplies should match group size, not a cottage for one night.For the price of the rental these minor items should absolutely be included. Hopefully these items will be fixed.Outside of that we would definitely rent it again.

Family 50th Anniversary celebration

The home is beautifully updated & decorated. Very clean & comfortable. It was perfect for our two daughters & their families. The downstairs was great for giving the cousins a bit of space. There are so many ways to be active in Sunriver & this home was a perfect gathering place. Huge sofa in the living room to watch a movie together.

Thanksgiving with Family

The house made us feel instantly at home. We loved the kitchen and living areas and enjoyed cooking, catching up with relatives and watching football along with neighborhood walks and bike rides even in the cold.

The property is impressively spacious and has been recently renovated to a high standard. Conveniently located just 10 minutes from SHARC, it served as an ideal spot for all our wedding preparations. The venue offered a beautiful setting for the bridal party to gather and get ready together, creating memorable moments. With a large driveway and garage, there was ample space for everything we needed. While the coffee maker and toaster were simple, they still effectively met our requirements. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations and made our experience truly special. Thank you!

Great communication from Meredith. Home was wonderfully laid out and equipped for our family reunion. Great kitchen design actually encouraged "too many cooks in the kitchen." The kitchen was well equipped and the appliances met our needs. The deck space was amazing, supporting both large groups and corners for quiet time and a book. Hot tub, upstairs game cabinet, and garage games kept the children (and the children at heart!) busy for hours.

Meredith Lodging is excellent as always

I've stayed at a few properties managed by this company and they never disappoint. This house was magnificent! It's huge and meticulously kept. The beds felt new. There are lovely touches everywhere, like high end dishes and toiletries. This particular property has tons of wonderful balcony living spaces. I had coffee on the outdoor sofa and enjoyed listening to the birds and the rustling aspen leaves. Highly recommend!As far as beds, there's a king bedroom (master) and a queen bedroom upstairs as well as two large couches. Downstairs there's another kind room with a fold-out couch bed, a living room with a fold out couch bed, a queen room, and a bunk room with 4 singles and a futon single.

Beautiful home, spacious, clean, and with a couple of exceptions, also well furnished. Disappointed in lack of several basics such as a wine opener, foil, wax paper, etc. Also, surprised at the rude response when I called the management company to ask why no wine opener or foil for the barbecue. She simply said the owner does not provide and offered no apology.

Family Nature and Golf GetawAy

The property was beautiful with plenty of room for our family and two dogs. Unfortunately, the broken air conditioner ruined what should have been a great experience. It was in the high 80’s outside and approaching 90 degrees in the house. The second floor is the main area and the malfunctioning air conditioning was made worse by the west facing family room. The Meredith Lodge management company was responsive and brought us fans, but the were marginally helpful during the heat of the day. I would stay again, but only if there are assurances and proof that the A/C problem has been fixed.
