About this property

Enjoy a quite park with a lot of amenities. Located in Horizon Village.

It's a double wide mobile home with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has two (2) twin beds attached to a king headboard. It has two closets, dresser & chest of drawers. The spare bedroom also has a twin bed, closet and a chest. It has a large living room with sliders to a nice front room. Large kitchen & dining room table that will seat 8 with the leaf in. The living room has a sofa, 2 recliners & a rocking chair. A large TV. The front room has a chair. There is a washer & dryer in the Utility room. The mobile home is approximately 1400 sq feet.

There is a room in back off master bathroom that is NOT assess'able to tenants. The Driveway fits 3 cars.
