From the lavish outdoor space to the sumptuous indoor space, this upscale villa in Puerto Los Cabos delivers the ultimate vacation experience for visitors to Los Cabos. Perched on the hillside overlooking the ocean in gated Fundadores, up to 12 guests gain access to an array of upscale experiences from the comfort of this six-bedroom, seven-bath home.

Seemingly like an extension of its elevated surroundings, the villa overlooks panoramic views of the ocean and beyond. At the center of the private outdoor space is a resort-like, infinity swimming pool, which features a thatched palapa sheltering a swim-up bar and lounge space. Spend your afternoons and evenings here soaking up the views, complemented by palm trees that extend directly from the pool's own "private island". The space also adds a jacuzzi tub and six poolside deck loungers, as well as a nearby firepit with circular seating. White arches and columns frame the covered portion of the pool deck, complete with an outdoor living room, a barbecue, and a dining table overlooking ocean views.

Pass through massive glass doors to the ground floor of the home, complete with a richly appointed living room surrounding a fireplace and flatscreen TV, along with a bar area with additional seating. The space further expands to add a dining table for ten and a gourmet kitchen with rich wood cabinetry, as well as an island with more counter seating. Take the home's private elevator or the winding staircase to the second level of the home, where many of the six-bedrooms and ensuite baths open to partially shaded terrace seating and elevated ocean views.

Back outside, terraced desert landscaping descends from the pool deck down the hill, as the rest of the Fundadores comes into view, including the private Club Fundadores, featuring swimming, fitness, dining, and spa services. The rental includes almost daily maid service, and a location that's close to many of the personal delights and luxuries of a resort lifestyle in Puerto Los Cabos.

Includes a Mexican Cook and Butler for breakfast service, available between 7am and 10am. Service is for new 2026 reservations only and must be used in one continuous 3-hour block. Groceries are not included. Lunch and dinner can be arranged for an additional fee. Not available during Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s rentals.
