This property truly had everything you need to make it feel like your home away from home! Great layout with plenty of room for an awesome family friendly vacation! The location was also convenient and just minutes away from parks, stores and restaurants!
Great location close to downtown Moab and Arches National Park. Perfect space for our family get together - comfortable for the grandparents, fun for the kids and a very well-stocked kitchen for cooking every night.
The host was very welcoming and responsive and the home was perfect for our large family gathering - very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and we had enough room for everyone to be comfortable.
We had a great stay at this property. It was extremely clean, well laid out, and comfortable. The pool was fun for my nephew and the beds were comfortable. Great communication with the host. Would gladly stay again!

The property itself is amazing - everything we needed was available. The location was central to all we wanted to do. And the pool/hot tub were a plus at the end of the day. We will be staying here again!

Perfect home for our family get together. We had everything we needed and very comfortable. Great kitchen. Excellent location. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub after hiking.
This property was spacious, clean, and comfortable. My favorite part was gathering in the well appointed living room and kitchen area and telling stories and sharing photos about the events of the day.

Amazing location! Close to downtown shopping, close to Colorado River and many amazing hikes, Arches National Park, and Canyonlands National Park.
The condo had all the amenities we needed! 10 out 10 recommend!
The home was clean, beautiful, and fully stocked with appliances and even spices. The garage was an extra plus since we had 3 vehicles and one was able to stay in the garage while we were exploring Moab.

It was one of the best condos that we have ever stayed in!! The kitchen and bathrooms were very well supplied! All of the kitchen stuff appeared to be very new!!
Great place for our group of adults and kids. Conveniently located near town. Condo looked almost brand new and had everything needed for cooking at home. Lots of space for the kids to hang. Heated pool around the corner and BMX bike park a short ride away. Would stay here again 100%.
This property was very clean and tidy. Wonderful amenities like the soft blankets for sitting on the balcony on a chilly desert evening or morning. Just about any kitchen appliance is available for use. The beds were comfortable and the rooms have good light blocking curtains. We would definitely consider staying at this property again.

The home was great for 4 couples. It was a well stocked kitchen with everything you needed. Beds were comfortable and place was clean. Would come back! There were bikes but didn’t have time to ride. Good location for getting around city and sights
The condo was absolutely wonderful!! It was immaculate upon check-in, communication was seamless with the property management company, and the home is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had all the equipment you need to make all meals in the condo if you choose to. The bathrooms all were adequately supplied with towels and all bathrooms had a nice supply of basic toiletries. We enjoyed the pool/hottub area in the development and loved having the bikes for riding around town. If we were to come back to the Moab area, we would definitely stay here again!
We had 9 adults and two teenagers stay and the accommodations were exactly as expected with one very minor caveat—water heater couldn’t keep up with that many people taking showers. We spread shower taking between morning and night to ease up on the water heater.
Other than that—was an excellent place and would definitely stay again.

We were driving into Moab straight from Texas and our already booked location contacted us and told us that the AC was out in the residence at had booked 5 months prior. This was NOT through VRBO, so we had to scramble to find a place to stay with an hour to go at 7pm what bring y on the road for 16 hrs straight.
We contacted a VRBO about checking in late that night and staying a week and MARLENE, the manager, contacted us immediately and placed us in this one that was best suited for us and we had confirmation immediately.
The location was beautiful, fully stocked, Central location to Moab, and was spacious. This was the most stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at and was very well supplied.
The residence is like new, and just great!
