Ocean Block, First Floor, and only Five houses from the beach entrance!
Weekly rentals begin with check in on Friday at 3:00PM and end the following Friday at 10:00AM.
Guests are provided with one parking space at the front of a shared driveway, but on-street parking is also available.
Three bedrooms sleep 6 in total. One Queen-size mattress; Two Twin mattresses; Two Twin Bunk Bed mattresses. Pillows and blankets provided. Guests bring their own sheets, bath, and beach towels.
Beach Badges (for ages 12 and over) and beach chairs are provided as a courtesy but are not guaranteed.
Family Room has a TV with a cable box, an Amazon Fire Stick, and an Xbox with two controllers and preloaded games. Back bedroom has a TV with an Amazon Fire Stick. Guests will need to log in and out using their own accounts to use any streaming services.
Backyard has a deck, picnic table and propane grill. Guests are to use outdoor shower #1 and there is an outdoor hose for rinsing sand off before entering the rental unit.
This is a smoke-free, vape-free, and pet-free property.
