MOUNTAIN HOME BUG DISCLAIMER. We do our utmost to control insects. However we are in the mountains so insects can still get into the home despite our best efforts. A few might get in during your stay. Lady bug seasons are common in Asheville. We spray and vacuum but they can still accumulate daily. It is a common occurrence for all homes in this area.
TRANSPORTATION Car necessary. Uber, Lyft and taxi's are available.
ROAD (FROM ENTRANCE TO HOME) The road and driveway are steep, but the road is paved for the majority of the way, then graveled and graded well the rest. It's a good road, but it does have a pitch. It is not difficult to drive but you will need 4 wheel drive and possible snow chains in the winter only. The driveway is well graded and graveled and there is a very wide turn around at the bottom. I send out a video with the checkin paperwork, and I can do so sooner (after booking) upon request.
SECURITY CAMERA There is a front door camera on the premises to monitor who comes and goes for security purposes. We do not wish to be invasive at all during your stay.
OTHER HOME/LOCATIONS AVAILABLE. We have other beautiful homes with gorgeous views available in Asheville, Weaverville and Burnsville. We have two 3 bedroom, oceanfront/view condos in Myrtle Beach, and one private home in the Poconos Pennsylvania.

Great location, far enough from Asheville to feel in the mountains but close enough to see all you want.

Thank you Teri! I am so happy you were pleased with the home and it's cleanliness. Our staff work very hard to try to make it perfect. I appreciate you being such a respectful and wonderful guest to host. Please come again. Best Regards, Cam
The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful and has a very friendly gentleman nearby and available to address any concerns/questions that come up. They even went out of their way to get the exterior and interior lights turned on for us when they realized we would be arriving late into the evening.
Location convenient to Asheville.

Thank you for this lovely review Joanna, and thank you for being such a sweet and positive energy to work with. It really makes us hosts feel good to work with such great guests. Kindest Regards, Cam
We had a great time with family at this home. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, relaxing in the hot tub, and our morning coffee on the deck, while soaking in the sun and taking in the gorgeous mountain views. Our grandson just loved the bunk beds down stairs and playing with the basketball hoop in the driveway. The house, the deck and the hot tub were kept very clean. The checkin process was clear and easy and the host was very responsive and helpful in answering all of our questions. Next time we will return for a longer stay.

Thank you David. I am glad you were happy with the home, the location and my service. Thank you for the awesome chats. Please come again. Kindest Regards, Cam
My friends and I had an amazing stay at this home. The house is super clean, and well stocked with supplies. The views were amazing. It felt peaceful and quiet, yet we were just a short drive from shops and restaurants in Weaverville and the attractions in Downtown Asheville. We had one minor issue during our stay and our host Cam sent her maintenance man, who lives down the road, to resolve the issue within 5 mins or our call. Excellent experience!!

Thank you Russell. I'm glad you were pleased with the home and the service. We do our utmost to try to make your stay as perfect as possible. I appreciate you. Best Regards, Cam
During our stay the house was clean and well stocked with kitchen items. Everything from the rental notes were very helpful. The only complaint we had was the A/C went out during the middle of our stay. The house got up to 80 degrees and that weekend it was a warm one for September. I did not contact the rental manager, due to seeing that the thermostat had a temperature 12 hr setting added to the system. Meaning that the air could not be updated or moved.

Ayanna- I really wish you would have reached out to me with this issue. I have a handyman who lives 2 mins down the road that could have been there right away to fix it. We did not set any temperature up in the system, and we could have addressed the issue immediately. To any guest staying with us, I advise you call me with an issue during your stay so I can fix it rather than letting me know after you have departed, and on VRBO. I had the power to change this circumstance and make it better for the guest if I was given the opportunity. Kindest Regards, Cam
