Absolutely beautiful house. We had 7 of us and had plenty of room for privacy. Our host was amazing. She answered all messages quickly. Everything was within walking distance. No need to bring anything! Highly recommend

It was an older house with nice features in the living room and dining area.It was a little chilly to really appreciate the nice back yard with table, chairs, furniture and hot tub. The kitchen had little counter space for meal preparation.

Close to Everything!

Great location! The house was within walking distance to everything. House was very clean and had lots of bedrooms for our big family. We did not utilize the patio or hot tub, but the back area was very nice. Host had great communication with us. We would stay here again!

We had 15 people stay here. It was perfect. Lots of room for everyone. Quiet in the bedrooms as we had people awake and sleeping at different times due to all the ages staying. Lovely backyard for sitting and relaxing. It was easy to walk to Clifton Hills and a short walk to the Niagara Falls attractions.

Family trip

Overall stay was great. Looked a little rough when you drove up to the property but everything was very clean and stocked well. The hot tub water was very cloudy. Threshold to outside patio is a trip hazard, be careful! Mattresses were very firm! Had to reach out to get information about check-in while we were driving there.Very close to everything and room enough for whole family.

Loved it

We are nine 74 year old college friends. Each couple had their own room and bath all of which were well appointed. The whole house, including the porch and backyard patio area were extremely clean. Unfortunately, we did not have time to spend in the hot tub. We ate breakfast at the house and all necessary appliances, dishes, cups, and silverware weremade available.The location was within a manageable walking distance for all the attractions. Emily was always prompt with responses to my inquiries.If we were ever lucky enough to visit Niagara Falls again, we would definitely stay at this house.

This home was fantastic. Great location close to falls and Clifton Hill. The house was clean and lots of room for our family. The hot tub was a real hit. We would definately stay here again.

Great location for large group

Walking distance to all attractions! 5 cars could easily fit in the driveway. Neighborhood is a bit run down but quiet. Ample room for a large group, but kitchen cookware is limited. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Great arrangements for all the bedrooms.

80 birthday perfection

Our group of 10 planned this visit to surprise our friend turning 80 years old. And, we truly could not have asked for a better place. This is the first VRBO rental where everything is provided for you and your only job is to leave the place the same way you found it. We could hear the falls at night and getting around was effortless. Thank you again for an amazing trip that we will all remember.

Wonderful Stay

Great place for us 11 seniors who spent 3 days enjoying wineries, tastings, the lights and great food and company. Multiple washrooms was a real plus for this group and everyone said their bed was comfortable! Very clean but some of the finishes are showing a bit of wear. Still give it a 5!

Perfect for the company retreat!

Communications with the host were honest and almost immediate; the house was very clean and comfortable; plenty of cutlery, glasses, etc. It is an older house but has all the comforts required - nice clean, comfortable beds, large dining room table, plenty of space to congregate in the living room area... lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Creaky stairs added to the charm. The location was within walking distance of Clifton Hill and all the attractions, was quiet and offered plenty of parking. We took advantage of the washing machine and dryer as well as the propane fireplace outside while we watched the fireworks over the Falls. Definitely would stay again.

The property was old and functional with all of the amenities listed. It was relatively clean. The biggest problem is not being able to check in until five pm! The listing implies it sleeps sixteen and that is possible if four people want to sleep in a room together in twin beds and if everyone is in a couple. The listing also shows a low price for the rental but then charges a large sum for the extra services cleaning etc. For an old rooming house it was more expensive than a hotel for myself and my seven guests.

Two very old houses connected!!!

This house has a very unusual floor plan. Two very old houses are connected to each other. The house has two very old inside staircases that are not standard and make very loud noise when you walk on them. The kitchen is very very small. Only has room for a 2-seat table in kitchen. The pictures of the house are misleading. The price was extremely high for such an unusual house. We were shocked when we got there and saw the house had 2 front doors/entrances!!! The house was clean and the manager was responsive and got us a high chair.

Family vacation

When I punched in the code and opened the door, I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the bottom floor and the furniture etc. As I wandered up the stairs to look at the bedrooms and bathrooms, my impression increased most favorably. Everything was clean and in place, ready for our group. We spent 3 days exploring the falls and river area, and we had a great time. The distance to most of the attractions was a short walk for the younger adults, and wasn't out of the question for me(68). The bus was most convenient to this location, at 2 blocks. We had two or three communications with our host, and each question was promptly answered. There were no problems associated with this rental property, the host, the location or the area. We went to have a great time, and thanks to this accommodation, all 11 of us did. At some point in the future we talked about perhaps coming back. Just an amazing place. Thank you!

Inside okay. Enjoyed having all the extra bathrooms. What was lacking were supplies. Not enough toilet paper, for 12 people, had to go out & but it. Kleenex boxes already half empty. Not enough towels for 12 people. Supplies were very very sparing. For the price & they knew we had 12 people it should have been more accommodating. Front porch not attractive. Still had a Xmas wreath hanging. We came end of June. Attention to detail was lacking. The porch was not at all attractive & had no chairs to sit on. Spider webs on railing, not comforting. could have been cleaner. The outside patio was sloppy & messy. It needed a good cleaning, looked nothing like the picture. It was obvious the owner was no where around or lived in area to see how the place was left. Outside where it showed a large table in the picture was not like shown in picture. The table had mismatched chairs & the table needed a good cleaning. For all the restrictions the place had & the price go somewhere else that takes the time to check out there property to see if it is being taken care of. The only positive note I can say it was close to Clifton Park but the place is not being taken care of & no attention to detail for cleaners inside or out. It seems the cleaning crew did as little as possible & got paid for a sloppy job. We r use to staying in clean places.

Perfectly perfect! There are times when you look at the photos for a listing and think, wow, this place looks great. And then there are times when you actually walk in and are just speechless. This was the perfect house for our wine trip. Short walk to the falls, and short drive to endless wineries, the house was well stocked and comfy. The owner worked with us on a couple of requests, and was responsive.

We were a group of women who vacation together in a different city each year. We really appreciated finding a place within our budget eith enough rooms that we each had our own room and most had their own bathroom. The space was great, with adequate seating in the livingroom and dining area to accommodate our group also.We didn't use the hot tub, but enjoyed the privacy of the back yard, which also had adequate seating for us.The location was perfect for walking to the falls, restaurants and entertainment.
