Camera 1 is a Ring floodlight camera on the north side of the home facing the ramp to the deck and camera 2 is located on the front area facing the parking lot. The cameras are outward facing and does not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video when activated by motion
- The boat launch and dock slip availability depend on lake levels which are typically lower from October through May. A public boat launch nearby can be used when lake levels are low

My family of 5 stayed 3 nights. The place is nicely decorated, clean and had all the basics that we needed. We had a very relaxing long weekend. Host was very responsive and welcoming through text messages. Host provided a booklet with lots of local information that we found to be useful. I would consider this property again. Final note, {in my opinion} the 3rd bedroom with the triple bunks is most appropriate for younger/smaller individuals. Thank you for great weekend.

The built in triple bunk is structurally sound enough to handle 250 plus pound adults and have xl mattresses, my own adult children use them. Of course, there comes a time when adults prefer not to sleep in bunks, and we understand that.

Family Friendly Gem on Ivy Bend Lake of the Ozarks

Great exceptionally clean and well stocked pet-friendly home that was perfect for our 8-night family stay. Very quiet location with its own boat ramp access and covered boat dock (a big plus for us!). Water slide and giant lily pad were a big hit with the grandkids. Owner is very nice and responsive. Would recommend without hesitation.

Summer Vacation

House was nice. The deck is beautiful with plenty of furniture to sit and relax on. Room with bunk beds was the size of a closet, not much space to turn around. The neighborhood on the way down to the house was pretty rough in spots, over grown weeds, very run down houses and campers. If you're looking for somewhere in the middle of nowhere, this is the spot for you.

From the Owner: "We are glad that you enjoyed the house and the deck! Lake of the Ozarks has many remote locations due to the topography of the area. The serpentine nature of the lake results in the main roads being somewhat distant from the lakefront, which means you often drive in via local roads for 20 minutes or more. Our lake house is oriented toward families and fishermen who want quieter waters for a retreat from their busy lives. There are areas that cater to people who are looking for the more touristy areas with a lot of boat traffic; our location is not one of them. We understand how disheartening it can be to pass through parts of the rural areas around the Lake of the Ozarks, where poverty has driven people to live in less-than-ideal conditions. Obviously, we are not in control of how those properties are maintained; however, our house is situated in a very safe area, with great neighbors and great views."

Perfect Lakefront Retreat!

Loved my stay at this beautiful lake house! The views were stunning, and the house was cozy and well-equipped. Enjoyed kayaking and relaxing on the deck. The hosts were welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Lake of the Ozark trip

Very happy with our stay!! Plenty of kitchen accessories, house was clean and spacious. Great location on the lake, the dock was nice! Lots of things to do outside on the water, and also nice selection of games inside. Nice parking area for vehicles and boat trailer.

Great house on quieter part of the lake

Spent a weekend with family and dogs. House was SUPER clean and had every amenity you could think of. Beds were very comfortable, great outdoor space. There weren’t any reviews when I booked so I was slightly nervous but it was A+ all around.

We loved it. The pictures pretty well show off the place. The host was great. We would stay there again.The cove is shallow (chest deep), but our boat had no problems. Their ramp is quite steep but there is a marina only a few miles away if you want another choice.We would stay there again!

Great house in a quiet cove

Our family of 5 really enjoyed this thoughtfully appointed house in a quiet cove. The cove is shallow enough that our 10 year old could touch the bottom, but still deep enough for swimming, floating and enjoying the slide. The kayaks were a huge hit, and the lakeside fire pit was perfect for enjoying sunset views of the main channel. There are tons of towels provided, wood for the fire pit, comfortable beds, easy parking and lots of great outdoor spaces to relax and watch the kids playing in the lake.

Great family lake getaway

This house was a good time and very well decorated and designed. One floor modern/lake feel home, large bedrooms, bathrooms and large kitchen. Love the tall windows facing the lake. We had a blast on the big deck and using all the water toys, specially the splash pad. Only house I’ve seen with path access to the lake as well. Def get all your groceries before you come. Only negative feedback is how far it is from anything. Takes 20min to get out of your neighborhood then another 20mins to get on a main road, kids did not appreciate. Overall a great place though.It doesn’t feel like other house lWith space from your neighbors

Loved Lake Life!

I can't give this listing enough stars! The host was so accommodating and the property was amazing! We really enjoyed spending time together on the deck and relaxing on the dock. The kids loved the lily pad and using the kayaks! It's in a quiet part of the lake where you are not disturbed by party houses. The neighbors were both very nice as well. We felt like this was our home away from home during our stay!

Beautiful new home in a calm, relaxing area. The owners greeted us with a text and mimosas when we arrived, were very communicative, and even shipped a sentimental item back to us that we left behind. Everything was very cleanly. The property exceeded our expectations. Thank you! We will be back again.

Perfectly nestled in a cove, this beautiful and modern property offered spectacular lake views from its multiple outdoor gathering spots. Indoors, the home featured a smart and open layout, comfortable accommodations and thoughtful amenities. From kayaks, a lily pad, fire pit, fish cleaning station, board games - and even foosball - we enjoyed creating family memories here that will last a lifetime.If you’re looking for a clean and comfortable location for your next lake getaway, look no further. Quiet part of Lake

The owner was great to deal with. She is super nice and very responsive. The house was super nice, it was decorated really nice and modern. I very much appreciated that the kitchen was stocked. I didn’t have to bring condiments or spices. They even provide a Keurig and pods! (We went and bought our own pods because we like our coffee stronger, but I’ve never stayed at a rental that provided that.) They even have an ice machine, which had ice in it when we got there. There is a washer and dryer and they provide soap and dryer sheets, and they even had seven beach towels, one for each of us! Access to the lake and dock are very easy without a million stairs. The deck was really nice and our boys enjoyed the fire pit one night. We didn’t have to haul our kayaks because they had kayaks that we could use and a paddle boat. One of the kayaks had a crack in the bottom, which was no big deal because we still had two to use. The paddle boat, the kids couldn’t get the steering to work, may have been user error.The water was like glass the entire time we were there. It is a very quiet part of the lake. We rented a boat from the marina nearby to take the kids tubing. (I suggest driving farther to a different marina. The boat was filthy, and the tube would not hold air. They did send us with a portable air blower which should have been a clue! We had to pull the tube in at least every 10 minutes and put air in it) the kids tubed for hours because the water was so calm. Two days later we drove to Osage Beach and rented a boat there. The boat was much cleaner and the tube held air, but the kids were absolutely exhausted because the water is so rough in that area.If you are looking for a quiet vacation, this is a great spot. One drawback is it is a long drive to get to anywhere. Count on 30 to 45 minutes to go to a grocery store. Another drawback is the water is very shallow off the dock with a mud bottom so the water is pretty dirty there. But those would be my only two complaints about our stay.

We have ordered replacement parts for the pedal boat, which lost its rudder assembly, and the kayak has been replaced with a new one. We appreciate you letting us know that those items needed attention. In order to provide a calmer and safer water sports environment, we, by necessity, are a little farther away from the tourist areas where you will find more shopping; this is why we highly recommend picking up groceries on your way to the property.
