This Iconic Cozy WATERFRONT Cottage was Futured on "HGTV' situated near the end of a quiet cove. Located in Sunrise Beach, the cottage is in a small cove off of Cape Hollow Cove, near the 8 MM. There is a boat launch just around the corner at Rock Harbor Resort. It is close to the new Woods Supermarket and restaurants. The cottage was fully remodeled in 2024 and includes new Central Air, and free Wi-Fi. Plenty of off-road parking for your vehicles and boat trailer. Two comfortable bedrooms, 1 king and the other includes 6 twin bunk beds, and a new memory foam queen sleeper sofa in the family room. The cottage also includes a private dock with a boat slip and a nice swim platform for your outside entertainment. New expanded deck with gas grill, propane provided. All you need to do is make a reservation, bring your food and clothes and make yourself at home. Most necessities in the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom are provided for your convenience. The time is here to book your getaway to the lake! We have also just added 2 new Kayaks, Lilly Pad and a Stand Up Paddle board for you to use as well.

Quiet calm cove. Plenty of furniture and toys for guest use. Nice layout and access. Use caution on the ramp to the dock - can be slick with morning dew.

Great property

Great property also drove 10 min to nearby town to see free Christmas lights display. Very quiet and loves the use of the kayaks and paddle board. The outside and inside fire was great for the cold weather.

Quick get away

Quick get away for my family, we enjoyed having access to the kayaks! The nearby grocery store was great as there were not many restaurants open during the beginning of the week.

Awesome place to stay !!

Rented this property for a fishing trip. The place is perfect. Many amenities for your use. The boat dock is in very good shape, roomy and has electric for your boat. Quite calm cove also ! Will definitely be back for the next trip.

Great and inexpensive getaway! Really well done interior of the home. So comfortable and updated.

Great location on the lake with a personal dock and kayaks. Owners were so nice and responsive. I would definitely go back. Amazing price for what you get. We really enjoyed the back deck with the fire pit!

Nice little hideaway

The property was super nice, had everything we forgot to bring. The property is farther from the main strip than we thought but that was just poor planning from our part. The dock was amazing and had anything you could want. It was a great stay and would definitely be back

Great for out Girl’s Trip

We had a great time at this little house! It was exactly as described and we really enjoyed ourselves. There were a few cleanliness issues (moldy ice machine, gross spot on the rug in living room, etc) which is the reason for the 4 stars but the owners were very receptive and said they would address it with the cleaning team.

Relaxing!!!

Lovely decor and it smelled wonderful when we walked in! Great response when I had questions to ask owners! Very comfortable bed! Area was so quiet and a great fishing area! Definitely would love to go back!!

Quiet getaway

We came for spring break, the lake was too low to fish from the dock-a bit disappointing but the owner communicated this a few days prior to arrival. The kitchen was very nicely stocked and the house was clean and comfortable! The fire pit was amazing!

Cozy home, quiet Cove

We will definitely be back. Everything you need is right here. Everything in the house is great. Comfortable and nicely decorated. Fun toys outside, kayaks paddle board. My husband and I did not use the Lily Pad but I'm sure kids would love that. Many things to do all around the lake but we especially like morning coffee on the dock.

There could not be a more perfect location on the Lake. If you have kids that like to swim in the lake, this cove is perfect for swimming and stand up paddle boarding. Also really close to great restaurants.
