This luxury Penthouse condo is in the heart of Siesta Key Village. There is no other property in Siesta Key that can compare to this one in location, amenities, and size that can not only house your entire party, it provides every piece of luxury needed to make your trip the most memorable experience.

This 4 Bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Penthouse is equipped with a private entrance elevator, 2 car garage, private rooftop terrace, and 6 exterior balconies to enjoy. That is just the beginning of what this home has to offer!

The main living area features an open concept with plenty of seating for you and your guests to socialize and get together. The chefs kitchen is the definition of state of the art, with every current, up to date appliance you need to cook dinner for everyone for those evenings indoors. The dining room is adjacent to the living room with seating for 8, along with barstools to eat on the kitchen island. The second living room is your game room, featuring a bar style setup kitchenette, full size fridge, microwave, ping pong table, TV area, and a chess set coffee table. Finally, this area features its own private balcony; the perfect setup for teens and young adults looking to have a separate area to relax and be themselves!

The master bedroom suite is the definition of luxury, featuring a king sized bed and equipped with its own private bathroom. The bathroom features both a walk in shower, his/her sinks, along with a beautiful soaking tub. This property also features a second master bedroom with a King sized bed, ensuite bath and private balcony! Coastal Oasis is perfect for two families sharing the home! The third and fourth guest rooms share the remaining full bathroom, equipped with a his/her sink and tub/shower combo. One bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and the other includes a bunk bed with a queen bottom and Double XL on the top. Lastly, the property has its very own, private, rooftop terrace, equipped with a TV. The area has beautiful views of the village, as well as breathtaking views of the beautiful Gulf waters. This property truly will make your Siesta Key Vacation a world class experience.

The property has a heated outdoor pool and spa and there is a private grill for your use to BBQ with family and friends.

Coastal Oasis provides you with complimentary beach equipment, a two car garage, and will sleep 10 people. There are no pets allowed. You must be 25 years old or older in order to rent the property.

Great property for families!

So clean, nicely decorated, well outfitted. Many thoughtful touches such as ample beach chairs, and baby gear. The host provided excellent details to ensure expectations were met.

Great Condo in heart of Siesta Key

Our group absolutely loved this condo and it lived up to what was advertised! Very spacious and lots of balconies and a nice/private patio on the roof top. 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute walk to Siesta Key shops and restaurants.

Great location!

We would definitely rent again. Did not have to contact property manager a single time. Check in/out instructions were perfect. Great mattresses through out.

Lovely Stay!

Everything was lovely. Walking distance to grocery, liquor store, bars and restaurants and shops in Siesta Key Village and a quick walk acrossed the street to the beach. Can't ask for a better location. Owner was accommodating and communicative before and during our stay. Would and likely will absolutely stay here again. Thanks for a great week!

Exceeded expectations

What a great rental. The house was so nice. We found so many little extras that made it a home away from home. The owner has thought of everything to make their guest feel welcome. The location of the house was perfect to Siesta Village and the beach. We hope to be back soon.

Siesta key penthouse

The location was awesome! The rooftop deck needed new furniture was difficult to utilize that area. Also other outdoor furniture needed updating as it was falling apart.

Awesome Siesta Stay

Overall our multi-generational family vacation was a huge hit! The location of the house to the beautiful beach and the amazing village proximity provided best of both worlds. Plenty of space for all of us to relax and rest from beautiful sun filled days at the beach! Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the pool (which is shared with the 3 other units in the building) due to faulty equipment. The owner was really good about escalating the issue with the pool with the HOA who then had to coordinate with the pool company. However, the pool never ended up being operational for our duration.

Lovely home. Great location. Suited our family of 10 perfectly. One tiny issue is kitchen faucet leaks a little bit when you run water. Only pan I could have used for making pancakes was a griddle pan. Otherwise kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. I would recommend thus hone to everyone

Beautiful and Close to Beach & Village

The condo is beautiful and close to everything we need. We had plenty of beach chairs, wagons, coolers, umbrellas and towels. The condo is spacious and the bonus room with ping pong table was fun. The main living room sofa is in desperate need of replacing or a very good cleaning. It's gross. Pretty much all of the cushions are stained and dirty. The kitchen bar stools also need a deep cleaning as do the reclining chairs. I understand it's a rental, but someone isn't paying attention to these items. We had only 1 kitchen towel and nothing else could be found in the condo. We had to resort to bathroom hand towels. The sliding door in the main living area to balcony screeches very loud. Disappointed the photo gallery showed a TV on the balcony but it was gone.

Labor Day Vacation

We booked last minute after the hurricane passed through and left Siesta Key unscathed. The condo was very clean, modern and everything was as advertised. It’s immaculate and we all had a great time. It’s only a couple blocks from the beach and they have chairs, wagons, coolers, umbrellas, etc you will need. Restaurants and shops are all right around the corner too. The elevator wasn’t working because of the power surge from the hurricane. The owners were great on getting the repair device there in a few hours and gave us a discount because of the inconvenience. We learned several of the buildings had similar issues with their elevators because of the hurricane too and the exercise taking the stairs didn’t hurt any of us. We would definitely recommend the condo to anyone and hope to return in the future.
