House was very clean. Kitchen provides plenty of dinnerware and drinkware: with both glass and plastic for the pool or beach. We really appreciated the beach-going gear for 6 adults: beach towels, beach chairs, 2 umbrellas with sand augers, small cooler, ice packs, and 2 wagons to haul it all there and back. Choose from 3 beach entrances 5 min from the house, then another 5 min walk to the water. Pool area had afternoon shade and was great alternative to the beach, with plenty of lounge chairs and Adirondack chairs for seating. Also a very convenient 10-12 min walk into Siesta Key Village. We did this nearly every day for shopping, dining, or drinks. We had a few questions and the host was very responsive. All-in-all, it was a great base for our adult family vacation with our parents.

We had 2 families with a total of 4 kids staying in this beautiful home. We were pleased with everything in the house, the short walk to the beach, the beach chairs, heavy duty wagon, beach umbrella, and pool! Overall, we had plenty of space, all of the porches and decks were used during rainstorms at night. There was nothing about this property that we did not like. It was very nice to have a refrigerator in the garage for extra drinks as well. Overall, we would rent this exact house again and we cannot say enough great things about the rental. It helped us have the perfect vacation!

This was a great property and our family had a wonderful time; enjoying our first trip together in Siesta Key FL.The house is nicely located within walking distance to the beach (roughly a block and a half), and a nice stroll to the village area for shopping and restaurants.Bedrooms worked out perfect for 6 adults and 5 grand-kids. (Kidos loved sleeping in the bunk room)Pool was nice and enjoyed daily....It is hard to resist the restaurant options in the village, but the kitchen was equipped with the necessities for those days and nights keeping the family indoors....I would recommend this property if your "family" travels lead you to the Siesta Key / Sarasota area!

We were 7 people who gathered for a vacation to celebrate 2 high school graduations. The house is so clean and fully stocked with everything I could imagine you might need. The location is perfect for walking to the beach or into the village for restaurants and shopping. Jay is an excellent host who is very attentive, great communication and wants his guests to enjoy all that Siesta Key has to offer. Overall, I would highly recommend and not hesitate to rent again.

We absolutely loved our stay in this house. The location is great and only a short walk to the beach. The pool is a good size and we loved that the patio surrounding the pool had a ton of seating. Jay was a great host with a very quick response time. The house was stocked with everything that we needed. I would definitely book this house again.

This house was amazing! It was clean, well stocked and beautiful. The host, Jay, was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to questions we had. We had plenty of room for family and friends who visited us, and everyone loved the pool. There were plenty of beach chairs and pool floats. It was a perfect location- easily walkable to the beach as well as to the village shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. We loved it so much we plan to book it again!
