Uitgebreid verbouwen in 2014 is VOLLEDIG EN KLAAR VOOR U met nieuwe keuken, muren, vloeren, verlichting, dekken, VERWARMD ZWEMBAD en zit op het prachtige kanaalsysteem .. trek uw boot tot aan huis. Loop naar het dorp Siesta of het strand. Wil je naar het strand rijden en op het strand parkeren? Eigenaar heeft een veilige plek voor u recht op strand voor één auto.
Lees dit aandachtig door ... We zijn op zoek naar volwassen klanten, alleenstaanden om ons privé-huis te huren. We zijn niet op zoek naar meerdere gezinnen. Dit is ons winterhuis en zoekt elk jaar slechts een paar klanten. Als uw groep groter is dan 6 of, bel ons om te bespreken. Vul het VRBO-formulier correct in met een lijst van het totale aantal gasten op of een bezoek aan een accommodatie tijdens uw verblijf.
Let op: er zijn 2 lange termijn huurders aan de noordkant van het pand, maar ze hebben geen toegang tot de tuin, het zwembad of het huis, slechts een kleine hoeveelheid gedeelde parkeergelegenheid. Huis, zwembad, toegang tot kanaal is helemaal van jou!

Beautiful Siesta Key home

The house is beautiful and had more than enough room for the 6 of us. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool and hot tub the most. It's so close to the beach and downtown Siesta Key, you can walk there.

Great time at home in Siesta Key

Girls trip for a week, 5 of us shared house & had plenty of room! Beautiful home inside & out! Walking distance to village. Parking spot at beach was ideal. Loved pool & jacuzzi! Perfect area to sit outside & relax. Owner Ron was easy to communicate with, responded to text quickly. Already planning trip back next year! It is by far the most perfect place to stay in Siesta Key!!

Home Away from Home

We traveled from the UK to this lovely home where we felt at home. Ron, the host is fantastic, always available if needed to answer a question. The home is super clean, spacious with a beautiful pool and view. We walked into the village and beach everyday. Lots of shops handy, restaurants too. We all highly recommend it. Cheers!

Ron is awesome! Made sure everything was in order and we had everything we needed. Great location. Love that we had a parking spot for public beach. House was nice and clean. Master bed and bath was modern and you looked out on the canal. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great vacation in siesta key. The house was spotlessly, clean and well equipped. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was so convenient to everything. We rode our bikes most places and didn’t even have to worry about parking or using our car. any extra parking space at the beach was great too.

Our family had a great time here. The location is awesome - a close walk to the village, and the parking spot by the beach is incredibly helpful, though we often walked to the beach as well. The pool is awesome - great to take a dip during the hot days we experienced in June. The house is well maintained, with everything you'd need for your vacation. We'd highly recommend!

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing vacation and loved this property! This house was perfect for our family of 9 and a great location. Spacious, clean, great view/outdoor space, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, and hot tub/pool was enjoyed by all. Quick and easy walk into the Village. Having a parking spot at the beach was a plus - very helpful for my in-laws. Very responsive and thoughtful owner. We highly recommend and hope to come back again!

Your home was the perfect place for our family gathering. Everything we needed was there. Lots of room to hang out together or spread out as needed. This incredible home, situated only five minutes walking distance to Siesta Village, has everything you need. Fully-stocked kitchen, modern appliances, A+ comfortable beds with quality bedding, a stunning view of the canal, pool/hot tub, flat screen TVs throughout, sound system and more. Its the best rental real estate you can do, as the clients are the best, and your providing a great product in a wonderful setting.

This property was boarded up when I found it into 2013. "Lost" off the books of a major bank in 2008, it was begging for restoration. I love rehab projects, and this home had great bones, but lots of neglect. As usual as most projects, it ran way over budget, but it was a lot of fun to bring it back to life. We are very pleased to offer it on a very selected basis when we are not occupying it.
