The Top Spot is located in the sought after area of Springfield.The house is light and bright with a large open plan living area that opens out onto a huge deck to enjoy a BBQ or relax in the spa pool. It is a short cycle ride to the famous Redwood mountain bike trails. The house has a large double garage which also contains a 7 KW EV charger plus an AC unit in each bedroom and the lounge makes for a comfortable stay.



The Space:

Upstairs, you'll find the main living areas. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, providing a spacious and comfortable retreat. Bedroom Two features a queen-size bed, perfect for a couple or individual. Bedroom Three offers flexibility with a king single bed and an additional single bed, ideal for children or friends. Each bedroom is equipped with its own individual air conditioning unit, allowing you to personalise the climate for optimal comfort.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire house. This includes the kitchen, living areas, three bedrooms, and one full bathroom. You'll also have access to the garden or backyard, free parking on the premises, and a private entrance.

Nestled in the desirable Springfield area, our home offers a fantastic base for exploring Rotorua. You're a short cycle ride from the renowned Redwood mountain bike trails, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. While Springfield itself is primarily residential, you'll find convenient amenities a short drive away. The Rotorua Central shopping area, with its diverse dining options, shops, and services, is easily accessible. For a unique experience, explore the city center, approximately a 5-10 minute drive, where you can discover geothermal attractions, cultural experiences, and a wider array of restaurants and cafes. The neighborhood is known for its tranquility and proximity to key Rotorua attractions, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway.

Conveniently located, The Top Spot offers straightforward access to transportation. Guests enjoy free parking in the double garage, which also features an EV charger, and free street parking. For those using public transport, bus stops are within a reasonable distance, connecting to key areas in Rotorua. Please refer to local bus schedules for routes and times. Rotorua Airport (ROT) is a short drive, roughly 10-15 minutes. The vibrant Rotorua city center, with its attractions and amenities, is easily reachable by car in about 5-10 minutes. Cyclists will appreciate the proximity to the Redwood mountain bike trails.
