We had this place booked but the night before the electricity went out and it would take 48-72 hours to fix it so we were moved to another location. The bookings team were very helpful, easy to get a hold of and were able to accommodate us well. The new place was amazing and great location.

Convenient Overnight in Cancun

We booked this spot for its convenience in accessing the ADO bus station. There were several good places to get breakfast and dinner, and a market for extras like water and snacks. Easy walking to the station.

Nice apartment close to Central Cancun

This is a really nice apartment, with good facilities located close to Central Cancun, and 10min car journeys away from beaches like Playa Tortugas. The property managers Gerardo and Erick were both friendly and helpful

Great location

Super tasty restaurants within a couple hundred feet. Walk to all kinds of stuff, mercado 23 Mall of Americas,ADO bus station. Golf courses. Grab the r1 or r2 to the hotel zone

-Erick, our property agent was very friendly, approachable and responsive e.g. when asked for more toilet paper, he provided us right away, the window was broken and he arranged maintenance asap -Be great if there is a cutting board and rag for the kitchen -Be great if we could get another set of silverware, mug vs. exactly 2 sets

The place is amazing and it has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. I rated them a bit lower as my experience could have been better.The room was not cleaned properly (hair everywhere, grease on kitchen counter and garbage from previous guest in the bin). I wasted hours waiting for the cleaner and no compensation was offered.The communication between host and property manager was confusing and frustrating. Only at the time of check in they ask for a deposit, instead of requesting ahead of time or reminding guests. This can be a problem if you don't have access to internet and not able to transfer the money on the spot.The studio is very well decorated and functional. The building is small and it offers a roof top patio you can sunbath and a small swimming pool. It seems to be a new built and it's well maintained. Apart from the communication and deposit, check in and out are easy and access in and out to the building and unit are kind of key free (access code to the building and access code to lock box for unit key).I loved the location. It's central enough for short walks to restaurants, cafes, etc. but still very quite area without all the noise from major streets. It's a easy walk to the main train station (access to airport) and many bus stops to all areas of the city.If I have gotten a better service related to the check in and cleaning I would have rated 5 out of 5. I would recommend this studio and would go back.
