About this property

Casa Verde Private Appartment

Furnished, equipped and very comfortable apartment in the center of Cancun. Located in the tourist area of downtown Cancun, in a quiet and safe street, a few steps from an important avenue with access to city trucks and the hotel zone, which makes it great to move around in any transport ... You do not need to rent car! It is close to everything! Restaurants, banks, laundry, gym, gas station, Oxxo, Walmart and the famous 28 market for handicrafts.

The space
We have a small “cocktail pool”, it is the ideal size to cool off from the heat of Cancun.
The location of the apartment is unique for what is around it and for the benefit of the connectivity it offers to guests.
We offer autonomous arrival to the department.
The WIFI is excellent, so you can work remotely perfectly.
We recently updated the accommodation with a new air conditioning, a larger and more comfortable bed and a pergola on the terrace to better enjoy the outdoor area.
We take the cleaning and disinfection of the Apartment very seriously and at this time we are taking special precautions to disinfect the space due to the pandemic.

Guest access
Guests have an autonomous and independent entrance to the apartment, the cocktail pool area is the only part shared with us, the hosts, but we really always let our visitors enjoy the space for themselves.

Other things to note
We clean and disinfect the apartment before each arrival and allow approximately 4 days between one reservation and another. Bed and bath linens are washed with chlorine and disinfected, in addition to kitchen and bathroom utensils, and the most used surfaces such as tables, countertops, handles, etc. We provide soap and antibacterial gel inside the accommodation and other cleaning products and utensils.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We found the property not quite inviting. The bathroom was very smelly, even a deodorizer purchased by us, would not do the job. Lack of clean glasses for consumption were unavailable. The kitchen dish rack needs to be replaced. The bathroom shower caddy as well,

Great central location and lovely place

We really enjoyed the central location of this lovely, secure little place. So close to Mercado 28, the ADO bus depot, restaurants, and the city bus that will take you to the beach (Playa Delfines is free to the public). The home itself was cozy and well-equipped, with lovely decorative touches. The little pool, surrounded by lush plant life, was a welcome refresher at the end of a hot day of shopping. Great place, too, if you are missing your 4-footed friends. A friendly kitty welcomes you and a more shy one watches from afar. Three very sweet and friendly (i.e. face-licking) doggies are available to visit if you so choose. We loved them. A wonderful place to stay!

LOVED Casa Verde!!

This was the most wonderful experience! My partner and I had never been to Cancún and opted to stay downtown rather than the hotel zone. This property is located right across the street from an Oxxo(convenience store), and a 10-15 min walk from bus stops, grocery stores, and Mercado 28. There are also many restaurants everywhere! We took the bus everyday to the beach for 12 pesos per person and it was so affordable! The property was absolutely beautiful with a gorgeous patio, a nice pool to cool off, and the sweetest little doggies and kitties ever!! They bark, but once they introduce themselves to you, they loveeee the pets and snuggles, especially if you’re in the pool!! The actual house was so lovely. Decorated so nicely, such a cozy vibe, a nice little kitchen where you can prepare meals, everything was just great. If ever go back to Cancún and this property is available, I will definitely be staying here again!!!

In my opinion, the place does not meet rental standards. The reason is that there is a lot of humidity throughout the property. After two days, it starts to give me a headache from breathing in the moisture on the walls and ceiling. It is not properly cleaned, there is no parking available, and it is a problem to find parking at night. A big issue is the lack of water for showering; only a small stream of water comes out. The bathroom has dirty and cracked walls, and the soap dispensers are heavily corroded. In short, I do not recommend renting this place, not even for one night. A mi parecer el lugar no cuenta con los estándares de renta, la razón es que hay mucha humedad en toda la propiedad después de 2 días ya empieza a doler la cabeza de respirar humedad en las paredes y techo, no esta limpia adecuadamente, no hay estacionamiento disponible y en la noche es un problema poder estacionarse, un problema grande es la falta de agua para ducharse solo sale un pequeño chorrito de agua el baño esta con paredes sucias y cuarteadas, los dispensar para los jabones con mucha corrosión, en fin no recomiendo rentar este lugar ni para una noche
