Birthday Celebration

Chris thought of everything when he build this beautiful house. It is absolutely stunning. Great location and the views are unreal. Darlene was there and went above and beyond to help us with any questions we had. We will defiantly be back.

Slice of heaven

It's hard to beat Aqua Blue. The home is gorgeous, very clean, and well equipped for a fabulous time on the island. The kitchen is well stocked and there are countless towels - both bath and beach/ pool. We loved the interior decor as well as the outdoor living area and swim up tiki bar. I can't think of a single thing that would improve Aqua Blue! Thank you for sharing it with us!

Family reunion

Our family was absolutely thrilled with our stay at Aqua Blue! The home was better than the pictures depicted and well appointed. We could not have asked for a better host and his team were helpful and inviting! Darlyn was indispensable in helping with planning our trip. We had fantastic weather and great experiences with the locals. Everyone is so friendly on this gem of an island! We will be back and would stay again at Aqua Blue!

Rarely do VRBO listings exceed expectations: This is one of them! The pictures do not do the house justice. The staff was awesome. We did not want anything during the entire stay. We plan to be back!

Thanksgiving Stay

Aqua Blue is a beautifully appointed home that supplies everything you need. Darlene, the house manager, is outstanding. She quickly responded to every question and request before our arrival and during our stay. Chef Tahj cooked amazing dinners for us in our own kitchen. And everyone’s favorite day was a boat excursion with Antonio Johnsen from Brown’s Marina, set up for us by Darlene.

Amazing stay! House was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our group of ten. The beach is right there and the heated pool was wonderful with plenty of seating. Both the owner and house manager were incredibly responsive to our questions and requests. We have already talked about returning!

The house was amazing with all the amenities you could ask for. The beach in the backyard and the heated infinity pool with swim up bar was a blast. The host was always available and helped us many time with any questions or booking excursions. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you for a great trip!

Excellent Property

The house was just as described. It had tons of extras as well that made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool and beach areas were stocked with toys, floats, and plenty of snorkeling gear. The adults enjoy the extra drink fridge and bar tools. Beds, bedding were amazingly comfortable. House easily accommodated at group of 12.

Amazing Stay!

Aqua Blue was an amazing stay for our group of two families. The house is gorgeous and in wonderful condition, the location could not be more perfect, and the amenities that come with the house were outstanding. I cannot recommend this property enough! Darlene was incredibly helpful and answered any questions we had immediately. Fantastic stay, and hope we get to come back soon!

Great house exactly as described! Nice location and timely response with any questions. The only thing I would want in the future would be TVs that work properly and black out curtain in 2nd master bed… its a beautiful place and I recommend this property to anyone wanting a first class place to stay .. you can’t be disappointed at Aqua Blue!

We were all amazed with the views. Loved the privacy on the beach and pool. The home had everything one could need and desire. The beds were soooo comfy! We loved how helpful the team was. Our family utilized all the water toys, pickleball and basketball court. We had a wonderful experience all and all. The owner’s are top notch! What a wonderful and beautiful vacation spot!

Amazing property!

we had a group of 20 and stayed at this home and the one next door (Beau Soliel). We loved this house so much! It was well designed for a big group of friends with bathrooms and the laundry room easily accessible. We received both an early check in and a late check out with absolutely no hassle. The house manger was so accommodating and even met us at the airport. The furnishings, accessories and everything about the house is top notch. It was our favorite of the two homes for all of the above reasons. We're already planning a trip back!

Wonderful

The property is brand new and has been very thoughtfully equipped. We had a large extended family and enjoyed all aspects. Check in was great extra housekeeping highly recommend. We really enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding to the reefs very close to the beautiful beach in front of the home. We could not have been happier.

Paradise

I have been to Exuma several times, but never had an experience like this. The house was exceptional 1 and even that word is an understatement. There were many activities for children AND adults / from ping pong, to pickle ball and lots of water toys. The views were amazing. The house is truly set up for quality friend and family time, and our entire group had a great time.

Christmas Vacation 2024

Aqua Blue is an incredible home with all the amenities you could ask for… paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, infinity pool…. Our family takes a Christmas trip every year to different places around the world and this was one of our favorite trips. Chris, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect. He gave us suggestions on great restaurants to dine, private chef, boating trips and what to see and do on the island! The house manager, Darlyne, met us at the airport and took us to the house, showed us where everything was located and was so helpful with restaurant and activity recommendations. She even goes to the grocery, before arrival, to have your refrigerator stocked with all your requests! Can’t say enough positive things about Chris and Darlyne! The house has everything and is impeccable! We had a week of paradise!! We will come again!!

True vacation spot!

Exuma like I’ve never seen before! The villa we stayed at had its own private beach and private infinity pool. You truly felt like you had a resort unto yourself with ample bedrooms and an amazing living space made for two families to merge up and hang out together! The villas style and decor was really funky and had everything you needed! Whether it was shampoo, sunblock, towels, or cheese grater, you could find everything in this house! My family will be certainly booking again, the hospitality of the island and of this villa made it a true vacation spot. We will be sad to leave but be happy to come back!

Fabulous First Visit to Exuma

We had a lovely visit to Exuma in March. The house was immaculately clean and offered plenty of space for family and friends to gather together as well as find solitude when desired. The view, beach, pool, and deck were fabulous. Inside the kitchen offered all we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and linens for our stay. Darlene helped make our trip exceptional. She was available to answer all questions before our trip and remained a huge help while during our visit. She helped with reservations, boat trips, as well as insight of what to do while we were there. We could not have imagined a better first visit to Exuma!

3 Generations of Beach Bliss

As a travel writer, I've seen & stayed in some gorgeous places but Aqua Blue Villa ranks right at the top. The pictures don't do it justice. Inside, nothing was spared. I've never seen a rental home so well-supplied with towels, kitchenware, laundry supplies. Furnishings & art were beautiful, yet comfortable. Each bath has its own monogrammed towels & branded toiletries. With 3 littles, we loved the single story and the bedroom layout was perfect. Beds super comfortable, & big cotton throws to snuggle under on the porches at night or in the morning watching the sunrise. And that beach. It is near-private; only 2 other homes have access to it and we rarely saw anyone else. We enjoyed all the pool and beach toys including boogie boards, beach chairs & umbrellas, pool floats, and snorkle gear. The reef is just a few feet off the beach, where we saw lobster, barracuda, tons of fish and a sea turtle. We also liked the location, outside the busyness of Georgetown but central to both GT shops and boat rental, and to CocoPlum and other great beaches. Darlene, house manager, stocked the house with groceries before we arrived & met us at the airport to lead us to the house. This home was 5-Star in every aspect, and we're already planning our return visit!

Quick Getaway....

My husband and I where nervous about travelling away from resort life but Aqua Blue made it easy for us with their amazing house manager Darlene. She settled us in and was an incredible resource for everything “island”, from great restaurants to in house chefs...she knew everyone! We couldn’t believe we could get up and walk down to our own beach with perfect sunrises! Our group enjoyed all the extras with the paddle boards, kayaks and beach toys. There was always something to do! The house is beyond what the pictures show and the water is paradise. We will definitely be back soon!

What are you waiting for ! you still haven't booked it ? Complete paradise, from the views to the layout of the house to the decorations absolutely beautiful . When i got there i sat in the blue chair in front of the pool for at least 4 hours to take it all in. Your property host Darlene is amazing . My family and I will definitely be returning All you need is a bathing suite and stock up on the Kalik trust me you wont be sorry G family

Paradise with family

We had a wonderful time at Aqua Blue with our family of 12, including 5 children, ages 14 to 4. The house is absolutely beautiful and sits right on a basically private beach. Love the way the house is set up so everyone has privacy but you can all gather in the large living room/ kitchen area which is open. Beautiful view of beach and pool. We loved the infinity pool and the kids enjoyed all the pool and beach toys at the house. The house host, Darlene was excellent help. Worth renting the house to get her help. She bought groceries before we arrived, set up excursions and answered all questions immediately. We also had Chef Tahj cook two meals for us and they were delicious! You won’t regret renting this house!

Paradise for a week

Aqua Blue is everything shown on the listing with gorgeous views. The house is beautiful with all the amenities you can think of. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has anything you need to prepare your meals. The beach outside the house was magnificent and the infinity pool a bonus. We took a cooler of frozen meat and checked it on the airline. I would recommend that as the availability of certain foods on the island is limited. Darlene, our house manager was great, and made sure we had anything we needed. Chris, the owner was very receptive and answered any questions we had. Island Routes gave us an incredible private "swim with the pigs" tour, and all the people we met on the island were very friendly. I highly recommend a visit to Exuma and a stay at Aqua Blue! You cannot go wrong!

Family vacation in paradise!

My family of 9 (adult kids and infant) loved staying at Aqua Blue. The house is incredible and even more beautiful than in the pictures. We had a few issues (the TV remote did not work in the living room, the wifi didn't work the first couple of days and one of the pickleball paddles was broken) but everything was fixed during our stay and the owner was very nice and sent us lunch one day for all the troubles. Chris, the owner, was very responsive and answered all my questions prior to our arrival. Darlene was extremely helpful before and during our stay. My family loves to cook and the kitchen had everything we could have asked for! We had Chef Gavin Nottage (gavin_nottage2000@yahoo.com) cook for us one night and I highly recommend him. We loved the open area of the kitchen, living room and dining room where you can always see the ocean and have the feeling of being outside. The pickleball court and the basketball area was a big hit. Thank you Chris and Sarah for sharing your beautiful home with us.

New Years 24/25

This property is beautiful and is centrally located for easily enjoying the entire island. We had a group of 11 people - 4 adults and 7 children ages 8-18. There was plenty of space for all of us - we even left 1 bedroom untouched. Property has everything you need to enjoy the beach & island. Property has heated chlorine pool, fully stocked kitchen, stocked bathrooms, extra pillows and blankets, stocked laundry room, pool toys, beach toys, paddle boards, kayaks, dozens of beach towels, tote bags for the beach, beach chairs, yeti cooler, games and cards . . . You don’t need to bring much with you to enjoy this house. The cherry on top is the property manager Darlene. She prepares the house specifically for you before you arrive. She did our grocery shopping, made restaurant reservations, organized the private chef, promptly answered any questions we had about things to do and where to go for more fun. This was the perfect stay for our group of 11’s first time in Exuma and Bahamas!Things to note: this house is in a residential area on a rough, unpaved road. You definitely need a rental car, nothing is within easy walking distance (this didn’t bother us but if you are looking to walk to local places you will be disappointed).It is not uncommon for the power to go out at least once during your stay on any island - this house does have a generator that will power the necessary appliances and electrical in the house but does not power the pool pump, pool heater or tiki hut.
