Indulge in Coastal Luxury: Unforgettable Waterfront Getaway! Multiple Families!

Highlights: Air conditioned (new for 2024), Fully Renovated, Spacious, Modern Multi-Family Unit, Million Dollar Water Views of Ocean and Harbour, Steps away from Amazing Beaches and Restaurants. 

Welcome to Breakwater Beach House: the vacation home with plenty of space to comfortably fit multiple families and keep their privacy.  This luxury modern family dwelling features two separate family suites that can sleep up to 6 in each unit.  Both suites come with 2-3 bedrooms and their own full bathroom.  Both bathrooms feature spa tubs and separate stand-up shower enclosures.  Bunkbeds included in both suites.  A bonus full bathroom with shower is located on the main floor.

Watch the sunrise over the ocean while having your morning coffee in the renovated kitchen. Relax and unwind in the evening with a bottle of wine, on the second level deck soaking in the views of the beautiful harbour of North Rustico, while watching the sunset. 

Simply walk off the property with unlimited options. Access the PEI National Park and North Rustico Beach, breakwater, North Rustico harbour boardwalk, unique coffee shops, outdoor expeditions, gift shops, lighthouse, marina, and most of all the famous Blue Mussel Cafe.  Your options are unlimited. 

House features:  

* Air Conditioning (new for 2024)
* 2 separate family rooms equipped with smart 65’ TVs.  One for adults and one for kids.  The kid’s family room includes Ping Pong and Foosball as well as comfortable seating.   
* fully equipped for children’s needs: high chairs, playpen, dishes, toys etc.
* Full laundry on upper floor, separate from the suites. 
* Fully renovated and fully equipped kitchen featuring an extra-large island with seating as well as a large harvest dining table, breakfast nook, and wrap around windows. 
* The large lot provides unlimited options for outdoor play.
* Large private outdoor shower with hot and cold water to clean up after spending the day on the beach.  
* Sound system provides listening pleasure throughout the house and outside.  Each zone features its own sound control. 
* Relax on a cool evening around one of the 2 gas fireplaces.  One located in the adult’s family room and the other in the Master Bedroom.  
* Top of the line Weber BBQ

Breakwater Beach House

Nice location, lots of foot traffic by the beach house. Well set up for multiple families. Everything you need is provided. Kids loved the games room. Very short walk to the beach.

North Rustico Paradise

Second stay with extended family, minutes to beach, property spacious, large yard and bonus garage room with ping pong table that was a hit. PEI never disappoints. Highly recommend!!

We have stayed in many rental homes in Canada and the USA- this home by far had everything you could ever need, from great cookware, to beach chairs and buckets to spices and Saran Wrap. The beds were comfy and everything was very clean. We had ample room throughout and there were many places to chill and relax both inside and outside the home. The location was top notch. Being so close to a beautiful beach plus all the touristy places was amazing. Would highly recommend this home and Peter was so prompt with any questions we had. 5 stars.

Our family claims that the vacation at Breakwater Beach House was the best ever! Wonderful beaches within a two minute walk, amazing restaurant across the road and lots of delicious ice cream! A fishing excursion provided fresh cod for dinner one night while a true island lobster meal was enjoyed the next night. The house provided all amenities one could wish for. Plenty of room for families to be together…. And apart. Thank you, Peter, for your assistance and guidance throughout. Garner was so helpful with all our inquiries as well.

Golf, sea and food

Absolutely amazing. Home is pristine and has everything you need and more. The ping pong table was an added bonus. Beautiful beach 2 minutes away, and the lively North Rustico Harbour is across the street. This was a "boys" golf trip and we are planning for a repeat performance next year. In fact, two of us are hoping to also return with our kids and grandkids. Peter is fantastic, a wonderful host! You will not be disappointed.

Great place for our family vacation

Lovely location. Many nights we walked down to the beach. Blue mussel cafe is right across the street and the food was delicious. A short walk down the boardwalk there was a park and ice cream. We were very happy with our stay. Plenty of room for our two families and grandparents to enjoy family time together.

Beautiful location!!! Beautiful House!!Wonderful Family vacation. This house has a beautiful location, you can see the ocean from the house !! and you can walk to the beach! The house has everything you need for the beach, beach towels, lawn chairs, beach toys etc! Very spacious home, lots of room for large families. We had a wonderful stay, Peter was so helpful ensuring we had everything we needed at the house before we arrived. He bought an extra pack n play and new children dishes, for the house, we so appreciated it! This house has everything you need for a family vacation. Peter was always do quick to respond to any questions I had. There are lots of things to do within walking distance from the house. (Restaurants, boardwalk was nice to walk to the coffee shop and the beach was so nice )Garner also was very helpful with anything we needed during our stay. We hope to come and stay again someday we loved the house & location!! Wonderful Family Vacation

Fantastic vacation in Rustico!

We had a great time! The house is in a great location. We walked down to the beach every day. It's only a short drive to the grocery store or restaurants (although the Blue Muscle Cafe is just across the street). You can also take a short walk down the boardwalk to some shops including ice cream and coffee shops which was nice. While there is quite a bit of foot traffic going by during the day (mostly due to BMC visitors), the foot traffic subsides very nicely at around 8pm when the cafe closes; it never felt bothersome or intrusive, however. We were one big extended family - 9 people; we all felt like we had plenty of room as the house is expansive. They provided enough supplies (ie laundry and dish washer detergent) which was perfect. One suggestion for visitors- the upstairs single bunk room can get warm at night so be sure to leave the bedroom door open so the air conditioning can come in from the hallway to keep the room cool. Peter and Garner were very responsive, friendly and helpful! Check in and check out were a breeze. Overall, we had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to go back :).

Very nice place in a great location

Our group of ten stayed from June 09 to June 16. The house was roomy, clean, and comfortable. Lots of dishes and cutlery to accommodate a large group. The house even had a panini press which came in handy. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. The laundry room was sufficiently stocked. The beds were adequately comfortable. All three showers had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The owner and caretaker were extremely responsive to concerns. We were the first group of the season and unfortunately there was some leaking coming from the water/ice dispenser. The owner was sent a message and the caretaker (Garner) responded that evening. He had to shut the water off to the fridge but continually brought us ice throughout our stay. Garner was friendly and when asked, where is the best place to get lobster, he hooked us up with fresh lobster from the boat. He also brought us an extra outside burner and pot suitable to boil the lobster. The location of the house is quiet and ideal. The beach is a short walk away as well as restaurants. The area was not completely open for the season but there is deep sea fishing, souvenir shops, bakery sea food shopsall within walking distance. Some recommendations we have: The house could use a large coffee machine. Kitchen could be stocked better with spices and more pots and pans since the house can accommodate a large group like us. Overall it was a very nice stay.
