Great Location - North Rustico Ocean View

A convenient location in central North Rustico where you can see the ocean through the window. This newly renovated cottage has AC and dehumidifier (available upon request).

There are plenty of things to do nearby:
- Dining at Fisherman's Wharf Lobster Supper, Blue Mussel Cafe.
- Star glazing at North Rustico Park.
- Clam digging at the Cavendish Beach.

The space
The two sofa beds are not pull-out sofa beds. They are large enough to fit a person no more than 5'7".
The second bathroom is a shower stall, not a bathtub.

Other things to note
- The TV has Chromecast and HDMI cable. Does not have cable TV programs.
- We have a property manager (or myself) that sometimes visits and/or stays over in the office suite (it’s attached to the house but has a separate entrance and is completely blocked off from your space) to service the area. Please rest assured that your privacy is highly respected and we will not contact or disturb you during your stay. You should almost feel like there is no one there. During the occasions when I do visit, it is likely I would have a dog with me, she will either be inside the office or on leash when we are out for work.
- Due to the sporadic work schedule the property manager (or myself) have, we cannot guarantee the length of duration that we will be on site.

Great home in a wonderful location

We stayed with our family at this home. It’s close to both Brackley Beach and Cavendish beach. PEI is a beautiful province and so easy to drive anywhere.

Great property in a wonderful location

This is a perfect place to stay for up to 8 people if you are heading to the "Green Gables" area of Prince Edward Island.Good size kitchen which we utilized to the fullest. Gas grill, a deck and a back yard to enjoy with the family.2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs were perfectly laid out for our party of 8.Check-in couldn't have been easier.Would consider again in the future.

Great spot in PIE

We stayed here for 3 days but we that is too short to explore the island. The area is great: very good restaurant within walking distance, great bakery and good ice cream shop. We will come back soon.

Great place to stay on PEI

The property was as described and in a great location in North Rustico. We were a reasonable drive to all points of PEI and walking distance to fantasic food & harbor. There was a weird fan (dehumidifier? ) without instructions near the lower level bathroom and some funny smells from that area. Otherwise the property was clean.

Very clean. Close to everything. It does say 2 double futons which are not there though and also didn’t realize the owner lives in an apartment in half of the basement.

Great Spot!

Two families of four were very happy staying at this spacious home which is within walking distance of the amazing North Rustico beach, the seaside boardwalk, and all of the local shops and restaurants. There are bedrooms on two floors with comfortable beds, making it easy to put kids to bed while adults could stay up in the living room. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts were able to provide some extra things we asked for. Overall, this was a very wonderful place to stay!

Spacious house, perfect for us!

House was spacious with a peak-a-boo view of the ocean. Off street parking for both our cars, which was nice. House decor was unusual but was clean and well equipped (we needed extra sheets, as two friends slept on couches but the owner brought them for us without issue). We ate on the deck one night, was very pleasant. Table there was dusty but the house cleanliness was great. Overall great stay for a group of seven friends!

Excellent location! AC was definitely appreciated- we had a great time on the island. A couple more dish drying cloths would be helpful. One star removed as we didn’t know the owner would be on the property the whole time, when we chose it (only disclosed after booking). But she was very quiet, and the kids loved her dog - we barely saw her.
