The home has an open concept living area and eat in kitchen to visit with friends and family after a long day at the beach or shopping. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with queens size beds and 1 bedroom with a full size bunk bed. You can also enjoy grilling on the back patio or talking and laughing by the fire. Whether it's relaxing on the beach or fishing, Lake Michigan is just a hop, skip and a jump.

The neighborhood is a guiet residential neighborhood.

Access is via keypad lock.


The living space is an open concept living space. There are 3 bedrooms. 2 have queen beds and 1 has a full size bunk in it. One full size bath with a large walk in shower and one half bath. All bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the main floor. The laundry facility is located in the basement. There is a concrete patio with a gas grill and table/chairs located off the back of the house. Large back yard with a fire pit and adirondack chairs. Coming in August the owners will be installing a hot tub as well.
