Welcome to Pink Sands Point!
Pink Sands Point is located directly on Unicorn Cay Beach, a stunning mile-long pink-sand beach in Eleuthera's most sought after location, the Banks Road of Governors Harbour. Pink Sands Point is a 5-minute drive from town and 6-minute walk down the beach from Tippy's famous beachfront restaurant and bar.
Pink Sands Point consists of a main house and two guest cottages, which together have 8 bedrooms and 8 1/2 baths. The 2 bedroom, 2-bath carriage house is included for groups of 21 or more, bringing the total number of bedrooms to 10. Each of the 10 bedrooms at Pink Sands Point has a private en-suite bath.
The spectacular main house sits on the dune above Unicorn Cay Beach with sweeping beach and ocean views throughout. The 2800-square-foot open-plan great room features 15 foot ceilings and a wall of glass overlooking the beach and ocean. There two living areas and two adjacent dining areas with seating for 28, all with ocean views. The stunning chef's kitchen, which also enjoys ocean views, is finished in granite and stainless steel. It is a double kitchen, with extensive counter space and two of every major appliance. There is a powder room and a laundry room off of the great room.
Step out through the eight-foot sliding glass doors on the rear of the great room and onto the vast ipe deck with beach and ocean views. The deck is furnished for both lounging and dining. From the deck, a flight of steps and a short path take you onto the pink sands and aqua waters of Unicorn Cay Beach. This beach is well protected by the barrier reef and has a perfect sandy bottom. There is also an area where the reefs are closer in & have excellent snorkeling.
Back inside, Pink Sands Point's Main House has four master suites, each with a king bed and a large, private en-suite bath. The two front bedrooms have direct ocean views from every window. The two rear bedrooms have partial ocean views.
Step out the front door of the great room and onto the other large ipe deck, which overlooks our private heated pool, 35 feet by 16 feet, our two guest cottages, and the Carriage House.
One of the guest cottages has two master suites with king beds and private en-suite baths. The other guest cottage has one master suite with a king bed and en-suite bath and one bunk room. The bunk room is furnished with two twin-on-queen bunk beds, and can sleep up to six guests. It also has a private en suite bath. Both guest cottages overlook the pool. The guest cottages are spacious, with 17' x 16' bedrooms, large full baths, and kitchenettes. The guest house bedrooms do not connect internally.
The Carriage House is a complete two-bedroom apartment with two master suites with king beds and en-suite baths, a great room with living and dining areas, and a full kitchen, all of which overlook the pool and enjoy ocean views. The carriage house has a laundry room and a sofa bed in the living area. The Carriage House is included for groups of 21 guests or more.
Amenities at Pink Sands Point include heated pool, super-fast Starlink internet, air conditioning throughout, cable TV, kayaks, gas grill, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, a full-property back up generator, and an outdoor shower. Housekeeping is provided at no charge once during a one-week stay. Additional housekeeping is available for an extra charge, as are private chefs & other services.
Tippy's beachfront restaurant & bar is a 6-minute walk down the beach. La Bougainvillea's excellent beachfront restaurant & bar is a 3 minute drive. The town of Governors Harbour, the main town on the island, is a 5 minute drive from the house. Governors Harbour has grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, banks, bakery, gift shops, a dive shop, and a medical clinic.
NOTE: Rates are for the first 16 guests. Additional guests are $750 per week each. We set the rates this way to make the property affordable to smaller groups who cost less to host.
