Welcome to our family's beachfront home, AZURE, with back up POWER GENERATOR and new IPE decking..

Entering the home, you'll feel the expansive space created by 18-foot vaulted, cathedral ceilings in the main room. Your eyes naturally lead you through the house to the breathtaking view of the crystal clear, azure waters dappled by reefs. The open floor plan includes a large foyer, gourmet kitchen, spacious living room and a screened-in porch extending the main living space. The attention to detail in this home makes it stand out amongst others. This is no ordinary rental.

Gourmet kitchen includes an expansive 9 foot, quartz island for gathering , 6-burner gas range, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and anything else you could possibly want in your kitchen.

We have stocked the kitchen with All-Clad pots and pans, electric coffee maker (no filters needed), french press, coffee grinder, toaster, electric kettle, Ninja blender, waffle iron, mandolin, electric beaters, crock pot and much more.

Each rental comes with two, 5-gallon jugs of water.

Living room has ample seating, Smart TV, plenty of board games and cards for family time.

Dining table seats 8 with an adjacent bar for cocktail hour.

The dining space flows out to the screen porch for a midday nap on the comfortable sectional or an informal lunch at the outdoor dining table.

BEDROOMS

All bedrooms have incredible water views with a perfect Atlantic breeze to keep your room naturally cooled (although the house is fully air conditioned if needed). Each bedroom has a sliding door that leads to your private deck to relax and take in the scenery. Each bedroom has their own ensuite bath for your convenience and privacy.

Master bedroom has a king sized bed complimented by an ensuite bathroom. Bathroom has a large walk in shower with a beautiful soaker tub with a view of the turquoise water.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a twin trundle bed.

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed.

OUTDOOR SPACES

No more splinters! AZURE has multiple decks to relax on, all which have been updated with beautiful IPE.

Off the screen porch you'll find the yoga deck with four, beautiful chaise lounges to relax or catch some sun. There's also a charcoal grill if you'd like to cook outdoors.

Cool yourself in the heated pool (November-March for a fee of $50/day) that overlooks the beautiful Atlantic Sea or lounge on the pool deck and watch the kids swim.

A few steps lead you to your gorgeous beach by way of a new platform with an additional four chaises. Steps lead right down to your beach. You can walk all the way to Double Bay for beautiful beach strolls. The reefs in front of the house are wonderful for snorkeling or reef fishing.

Rinse off on the way back to the house in the outdoor shower overlooking the beach and then relax in the hammock with the cool Atlantic breeze.

Rate is for 6 guests. Additional guests are an additional $50 each per night with a max of 8 guests.
